“Great customer service from Will following the progress of my order, the only thing is there seems to be alot of background noise while speaking on the phone e.g banging and talking etc but apart from that happy with my order and the service I received.”

“Found a spare part (a rechargeable replacement light for an ABUS helmet) that was seemingly sold nowhere else in the UK. Item took a week to arrive. Disappointingly, it didn’t exactly fit my particular ABUS helmet. That might be no particular fault of Swinnerton — the description of the spare was pretty curt, and other wordier (foreign) sites suggested it would be suitable. In the event, have managed to shoehorn it into my particular helmet by carving out the plastic a little. So a success of sorts — but next time I might call ahead for advice.”

“Untrustworthy, unprofessional and decidely dodgy! I bought a Ritchey stem for a declared price online as GBP 62.33. To complete the purchase at checkout an extra GBP13.49 appeared without any explanation. It was only after I had submitted the payment that it appeared as VAT.. I have written 3 times since to Customer services without receiving any reply.....and then this request to rate them!!”
