“The customer service could be much better having bought a bike from other online companies I thought swinnerton did the bare minimum with regards to customer service. Nobody contacted me to tell me when the bike was going to be delivered till the courtier company contacted me and on a day I wasn't going to be in. I was not aware I would have to assemble the front wheel etc and thankfully I already had the tools I needed. Other companies ask when you want delivery. An email is sent ahead with the frame number so you can arrange insurance ahead in case anything happens in delivery. The bike arrives with the front wheel already attached, clear instructions on the rest of the assemble and a free tool kit and pedal spanner so you can easily put on the handlebar and pedals.”

“Rang them up to see if the item was in stock and they mentioned that if I go online and order it there it will be in stock and delivered in 2 days which it was. Very happy”

“It was easy to order and despatch and delivery were efficient. Swinnerton use DPD as couriers who are brilliant- they give you an exact delivery day and time and it's easy to change it if you need to. The Bontrager saddle I bought was available from half a dozen on- line retailers but Swinnerton were the cheapest. It was a no- brainer.”

“Helpful when ordering. They obtained a Genesis Croix de Fer 20 with the best price I could find and turned the order around in a very respectable time. Delivery service for bike was very efficient and it arrived in perfect condition. All in all, very pleased with service. There was no physical paperwork with the bike and have emailed them to see if it was the case that the paperwork was included and had come off during transit - awaiting reply. Would recommend over some of the larger retailers.”

“I ordered a Carrera helmet at a really good price. The order arrived swiftly but was, unfortunately, the wrong size (imagine a pea sitting on a basket ball). No problem though, no fuss and no drama. I contacted Swinnerton and it was replaced in a jiffy. Great service, great products and a great price. Highly recommended.”

“The price for the new bike was the best available anywhere, it was quickly dispatched, although it did have a minor problem , Swinnerton cycles soon had it resolved without any hesitation and sent us a new part immediatley, fantastic serivce.”

“Poor. Don't buy online. They advertise stock, take your money, then advise you the bike's on its way, later to be told there's no stock from supplier and refund you in 10 days. So what happened to the bike on its way!? No assistance to find or offer an alternative either. Very poor.”
