“Customer service and product knowledge is faultless . . Keen and interested staff look after you from the minute you walk in, offering advice for the customer. . Not the retailer. . A rare quality these days! However . . They promised me my new bikeon the Friday but rang Wednesdayand said they couldn't get it till the following Friday a . Not their fault I suppose but they are the suppliers and should have a second line of product availability! None the less . . I have it now and its brilliant perfect for me recommended by them so all good in the end! Thanks”

“The box arrived with my new Giant E bike, on the day I had asked for, I only had to fit the handle bar on, and the bike was ready to go, had never ridden an E bike before, but it was amazing, so a great product, and a big thank you to Swinnerton Cycles. F. Tribe.”

“Mail package was not properly packed and products ordered (Brooks Limited Edition saddles) were damaged when they arrived. Swinnerton initially appeared interested in compensating, but I have not heard anything since. Talk about sincerity! SAD! (to quote Trump, and I'm not a Trump fan).”

“Exceptional customer service. The advice over the phone, he went and checked with a mechanic a technical issue and the trouble they took to get the part in the post with an hour, it arrived the next day. Price competitive, good range of quality goods. They will be my first port of call in the future.”
