“I ordered a replacement strap for my Garmin Forerunner on 18/09/17. The item was not dispatched until 07/09/17 and didn't arrive until 08/09/17. This delay was totally unacceptable and despite emailing the company to enquire about my purchase, Swinnerton chose not to respond.”

“Purchased Sram twist grips on line which they allowed me to collect from their store deducting delivery charges. Unfortunately actuation ratio did not match my set up, but after all this, Swinnertons were happy for me to return product with full refund. Can't say fairer than that.”

“They had the part I was looking for listed in stock, which is nice since some online shops falsely do so. Shipping was quick too. The only hiccup was in the shipping address. I paid via Amazon pay and they collected my information from there. Somehow the zip code was (very) incorrectly entered and it went to Honolulu, Hawaii instead of South Carolina. (Note that I have zero addresses in my Amazon account outside of the US east coast and the Honolulu zip has no resemblance to mine.) Beyond that, it was a good transaction.”

“Blazing FAST delivery from the UK to the West Coast of the USA! TOTALLY unexpected!! The Basil Mara Xxl Double Pannier Bag Water Resistant 47L I purchased are markedly smaller than the pair I picked up in 2005 in The Netherlands--they do, HOWEVER, seem to be better reinforced and more ready for the 'indifference' (rainy weather) of Mother Nature. As long as I can load a standard bag of groceries in them, then I'll be fine.”

“Saracen Mantra Trail arrived well packaged but after putting together noticed that the front mech rattled against the chain in top gear. Luckily being a life long cyclist I had it tweaked within a short time. This made me realise that it might be a good idea to tighten everything up. Am I glad I did as so many small fittings for bottle/mudgaurd mounts were loose! To top it all off, I've only ridden it about half a dozen times and the brakes need bleeding as the levers have far too much slack! So thanks to Swinnerton I now need to purchase a brake bleed kit...Not Happy. As for the bike itself, the Saracen Mantra Trail is an absolute pleasure to ride. The new frame geometry technology is superb making the bike an absolute joy to ride. Very comfortable with swift and nimble handling. 10/10 for Saracen.”

“I received excellent service from Swinnerton Cycles. after completing my purchase I read that a firmware update would be required for full functionality of the purchased item. I contacted them and explained the situation and they kindly updated the firmware prior to dispatch. The item arrived and worked perfectly, excellent service, I won't think twice about purchasing from Swinnerton Cycles again.....”
