“Slow plus lack of feedback re progress of order meant I had to call to confirm day of dispatch. Product excellent.”

“The Trek FX2 which I got from Swinnertons is much as I expected as I have a previous model, the 7100, except for the disc brakes which I like a lot. I've never used a bicycle with discs before this one. Once my new Brookes B17 has moulded itself to my rear end i'm going to be having as much fun as on my old bike. The service at Swinnertons is second to non, I've been going there for ever, most friendly and informative group of people as you'll find anywhere. Five stars. John.”

“I bought shoes a size too small. Returning was no hassle and I got the correct size sent to me by return. A no hassle efficient service.”

“Good service. Was delivered a day later then anticipated. Good phone support. While competetively priced, the bike is delivered boxed. You have to assemble it yourself. No prospect of a check up on the bike after a few weeks use as one would get if bought from a local dealer.”

“Smooth and easy transaction. Super quick shippers. Fairly limited interaction on this order but they were fantastic in the past when I needed to make both returns and exchanges. Can't say enough good things about them!”
