“They have many bad reviews but I had a good experience, got a brilliant price on a new shock, £40 cheaper than anywhere else and I thought it wasn’t in stock due to my mistake In something I read on the website, I emailed them and had a quick and friendly response saying it was in stock and will be sent shortly, received the shock 2 days later”
