“I was having trouble completing an on line order through PayPal as phone details had not been transferred to the order which froze the process. I contacted customer service and had an immediate response from Craig who manually sorted it out and confirmed the update. The issue seems to have been with PayPal. Great service from Swinnerton”

“Good service. Bit delayed in sending (ordered on the 10th, posted on the 14th. Then FedEx lost the parcel so didn't arrive until the 20th after 3 chases to FedEx. Not Swinnerton's fault at all but a faff for me”

“My wheel was packed in just a card board box with no extra protection from damage occurring. Need to add lots of bubble wrap or Styrofoam. Other than that a good transaction with fast shipment.”
