“Purchased a Light Blue 'Kings' frame from Swinnerton Cycles and couldn't be happier. It's beautifully constructed using Reynolds 853 tubing/cromo front fork in a traditional style (horizontal crossbar) and was pleased to see it's equipped to take downtube shifters as standard; this meant I was able to transfer the entire groupset from my knackered old racer to this sparkling new frame. Now up and running with a classic Shimano EX400 groupset, complete with Biopace chainrings and now rides/handles really well. There aren't many manufacturers making this style of off the peg steel frame for less then £1000 in 2023, oh and you get a headset, stem and seatpost with it! The people at Swinnertons were really helpful, responding to my queries almost instantly, the transaction smooth and fuss free. Frame arrived via courier securely packaged in a nice box. Highly recommended. Thanks Swinnerton Cycles”

“Dreadful! I made 3 attempts to amend/cancel my order, all of which were ignored by Swinnerton. Furthermore, having ignored my correspondence, the order took 2-3 days for them to despatch my item; although I cannot criticise their use of a 24hr courier. So you get 2 stars... the item did arrive, and relatively quickly, but I don't want to incur the cost and hassle of returning it.”

“Tried contacting by email multiple times, no response. Paid expedited shipping ($20) for a part that weighs no more than 2oz. It's been over 2 weeks shipping from England and I havent received it. I have family in England and ship all the time, it shouldnt take this long paying so much!”

“Bought a camelback pack on web. Had a problem with web ordering which was quickly and efficiently resolved with a phone call. Very happy with service and product (Camelback Fourteener L32) which was at best price on web. Pleased to see reusable/recyclable packaging too.😊👍”
