“They sent me the wrong part, not what I ordered, and won’t send me the actual item I ordered until the wrong part they sent me is returned despite this not being my fault in the first place. Absolute joke.”

“Hopeless. Still not been delivered. "Out for delivery", and "couldn't find your address" (we are in a massive site in the middle of town where we have been for 200 years). You can't run a business with non-delivery like this.”

“Swinnerton ignored a question I emailed them before I bought the bike but I found an answer elsewhere anyway so I bought from them because they were the cheapest shop who had the right bike in stock. It took about a week before the bike was delivered and there was no problems so i haven't had any reason to contact them again.”
