“Mail package was not properly packed and products ordered (Brooks Limited Edition saddles) were damaged when they arrived. Swinnerton initially appeared interested in compensating, but I have not heard anything since. Talk about sincerity! SAD! (to quote Trump, and I'm not a Trump fan).”

“Knowingly sent the wrong size (mislabelled) shoes to me. They state in their email that it's my fault for not knowing that Bont don't label their shoes correctly and then made me pay postage in return. They knew that these shoes were not labelled correctly yet did not state so on product page. The shoes were also sold as brand new yet they turned up used. When questioned Swinnerton admitted that they were ex display. They still refused to pay return postage. I will never shop with Swinnerton ever again. Horrible customer service, treated like an idiot - which i suppose i was to have shopped with them. Avoid!!!!”
