“I only ordered a small item “ TORTEC Racks - Rack Fittings Silver/Black”. States if in UK Warehouse dispatched with in 24hrs and Royal Mail delivery time 48hrs so 3-days. However “ Instock - Supplier Warehouse - Item is held in Suppliers Warehouse, Depending on the the supplier transfer time can vary from 24 Hours to 14 Days for item held in European warehouse.” At no time was I told/informed it needed to come from European Warehouse or Supplier. Until I emailed approximately 10 working days later it was coming from EU. If I had known I would have gone to another outlet store with quicker delivery. I have no problem with item received, does the job.”

“I'm writing this review before receiving or using my purchase, so I can only comment on the purchasing experience, but I found Swinnerton extremely helpful. I was hunting for a hard-to-find item, and they helped with information and advice, taking a lot of trouble over what was ultimately quite a small sale. It's a proper, traditional bike shop, with a traditional attitude to customer service. I will definitely use them again.”
