“We decided to change our Bailey Madrid serries 5 as the layout was not working for us , so we popped along to the Swindon caravan centre where we we able to have a good look around ,we decided on a Bailey Phoenix gt75/642 2024 Model , having had a chat with Lee Mathews (sales person )who was very helpfull and answered any questions we had .when we came to pick up our new van Mark from the handover team went through everything very thorogh and helped us hitch up and saw us on our way ,We cant thank the team enough for what they did may thanks .C & S White”

“Very pleased with way the sale was handled. Very helpful and efficient especially regarding a couple of niggles that were resolved. The handover procedure was excellent, no stone unturned everything was well explained. Previously had motorhomes and am sure we are going to enjoy using the caravan. Thanks to everyone that was involved with our purchase.”

“Weve just come back ito caravaning after a 15 Year lapse and after much research visited Oxford caravans to look at three similar Bailey caravans Paul and Lewis were very helpful in giving us full access to our choices with the full selection they had on offer. We found our ideal caravan and the buying process was made easy ensuring and checking we had everything we needed. When we came to have the handover a few weeks later it was pleasure. The caravan had been fully prepared and we were shown in detail how everthing worked. We hooked up double checked and were on our way to our first weekend break. Thank you to Paul and Lewis and the all the staff for introducing us back to caravaning.”

“Easy to deal with, all arranged by email. Might have been helpful to have been told what it came with, as was unaware that it didn't come with a battery even though we upgraded for solar panel and motor mover luckily we were able to take from the caravan we part exchanged.”

“Everybody I have met has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the various options and accessories were considered together and a final list produced to be added to the caravan itself. We are re-starting our caravan experience and things have certainly changed in the intervening years but nothing was too much trouble to the team culminating in a very detailed handover on delivery day. No hesitation in recommending them.”

“Helpful and friendly, not high preasure sales. Caravan was well prepared and ready when promised. Could have been more proactive on things like service plan, extended watantee and the accessories that were included, but provided the information when askek.”
