“What an absolute pleasure to deal with Andy Parker at Swindon Caravans Group. Top Man, great asset to the group. nothing is too much trouble for him to do or arrange, explained everything and whatever he said he would do he delivered upon. i would also like to mention the young man (Forgive me i have forgotten his name) who completed our hand over / collection of the caravan. again, he explains everything, demonstrates what he explains and nothing was too much trouble for him either. I would 100% recommend Swindon Caravans Group for the purchase of a caravan. many thanks to everyone involved. Dave and Val.”

“This is the first time we have purchased a caravan from the Oxford branch at Tiddington. We found everyone we dealt with to be very helpful, going out of their way to help us. “As complete novices to the world of Caravans & Motorhomes we we're very grateful for the help and advice given by Jaydon at the Reading Centre. Having visited him both at Reading and the NEC Birmingham we made the decision to purchase our first motorhome. The sale process went as well as could be expected as it was over the Christmas/New Year period and on collection in early January the support and handover guidance from Ian has proved invaluable. We are very grateful to both of them for their help and look forward to many adventures with our dogs in our Bailey Adamo.”

“I received excellent and thoughtful service from Jack in the sales team. He helped diagnose an issue I was facing, quickly arranged diagnostics, provided a solution and even helped carry items to the car (as I had my 2 year old with me). “We travelled from Scotland to purchase a second hand van. The entire process from initial enquiry to towing away our new van was impeccable.
