“The after service was pretty shocking. Having bought a brand new caravan there was a very small part missing. I was happy to fit the part myself and them post it out to me. When going in and a few phone calls back in October it is now January and no part. Also bit disappointing the person you buy the t off ignores your calls when you want help.”

Hi, Thank you for your comments although we feel this rating to be very harsh considering the issue at hand and our response to date. The one popper that is missing (on the wall to hold the bunk bed net) was ordered and sent to you by post before Christmas. Unfortunately it seems it never arrived. Our Aftersales team have reordered and expect to receive delivery next week (of which you are aware). As soon as received we will send the popper out to you.

“From the first sales contact to hand-over was a good experience without pressure. Once the decision to buy was made everything went seamlessly. The hand-over team was very thorough and carefully explained all aspects of my new caravan.”

“An absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first phone call there was a genuine interest in my enquiry and a willingness to help however possible. A refreshing change from other companies I enquired with. It was the reason that leant me to travel 2hrs rather than deal with my local dealer 10 minutes away. After agreeing the deal Lee, Steve and Ray bent over backwards to get my new caravan ready in a very short period of time so we could take it on our trip to France the following day. Superb customer service. A job very well done! Many thanks”

“I visited all three branches of the Group, allowing me to compare a large range of models. At each location, I was greeted and helped by friendly, highly knowledgeable staff, who went to great lengths to help me choose a suitable caravan, explaining and demonstrating the various features. Upon finally deciding on a caravan at the Oxford branch, the whole process proceeded very smoothly. I was particularly impressed by the amount of help I received when collecting the caravan, which included a full demonstration of its operation. There were a few very minor issues, but these were resolved with incredible efficiency by Lewis Sirett, the Sales Executive, for whom nothing was too much trouble in his quest to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction.”

“I am sure we did not meet the whole team fully and properly, but Simon, Michaela, Andy, Jim and Lyndsay were all very helpful when we were making the decision about replacing our Bailey 745 Motorhome and purchasing the new Bailey Unicorn Madrid. Thanks especially to Simon for his patience in answering our interminable questions and Lyndsay's knowlege the products in the shop.”

“I was told the caravan would be serviced and checked but had issues with broken oven when being given a demonstration on using the items . I found the caravan was not clean lots stains also a dirty shower.. your paying good money but you’re not getting a great service .”

“Excellent service,Alistair reserved the caravan so we could have a second look.He ran us through all the caravan controls,answered any questions,he also e mailed us after with a video explaining heating controls etc and showed us how the motormover worked and helped us connect up the van”

“Swindon Caravans have been excellent from start to finish. We have part exchanged a van we also brought from them 6 years ago for a new smaller model and we are very happy.
