“We purchased our 1st Caravan 18 months ago and had a fantastic sales experience from Simon. As new owners we had a few mishaps with jockey wheel bolts and electric towing connections ( all self inflicted) we called on Andy and his team who came to our rescue on numerous occasions and got us back up and running with no fuss. We have since returned and bought a new Bailey Pegasus Brindisi black addition. Simon again has looked after us and we picked the new caravan up in March. We had a great experience from the whole team and this is the main reason why we returned to Reading caravan centre. The whole team act as one and we can’t praise them highly enough. Looking forward to our adventures in our new caravan and will certainly be returning as happy customers in the future.”

“From the very first time we visited the SCG Reading Branch, to meeting some of the staff again at the NEC Motorhome show and during other visits, we have always found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, open and helpful but not in any way pushy. For that reason we decided to buy our first Bailey Endeavour Campervan from the Reading branch of the SCG. The deal we got was excellent and not only did Michaela keep us fully informed of the pre-sale preparation of our van, but was also accommodating to find a handover date that best suited our schedule. When we arrived to pick up the van Ian was waiting to give us a fully comprehensive handover, showing us how everything worked, connecting up our gas cylinder for us and ensuring he had answered all our questions and queries - he basically gave us ‘as long as we needed’. We have every confidence that the aftersales service from the Reading Caravan & Motorhome Centre will be just as good as our dealings have been with them to date and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a Campervan, Motorhome or Caravan purchase.”

“We recently purchased a new to us Bailey Cabrera from Oxford Caravans, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Josh made the whole process so easy from the very first phone call. The service was exceptional, all staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or buy from the again in the future.”

“We found Reading Motorhome centre on AutoTrader and I have to say, they are the BEST company that we have dealt with. Both Jaydon and Michaela were extremely knowledgeable, professional, approachable and helpful when we purchased our Bailey Motor Home from them. They were always available to answer any questions that I had and helped me with choosing the right accessories that I needed. Their sales technique was exceptional, neither were pushy (unlike many I had had negative experiences with) and I have already recommended them both to 2 of my friends who are looking to change their motor homes to newer ones. I also spoke at length with Simon who is the manager there and he was so helpful in terms of giving me advice around insurance and private plates. We purchased purely over the telephone and when we went up to collect and part exchange - they made it absolutely seamless and a pleasure to deal with - no stress at all. Ian kindly did a very thorough handover on all aspects of the motorhome and again, so professional and helpful with extra tips to help us. Andy from after sales has also been amazing with extra advice after we took it out for its first trip. Lastly, Jim in the shop was such a pleasure to deal with - so knowledgeable again about anything I asked and offered further help over the phone in the future if I needed it. The whole experience was outstanding and I would definately recommend any body thinking of buying or exchanging their motor home to deal with Reading Motor Home first. Thank you again everyone and also for your continued ongoing support if we need it - truly appreciated. 5 stars to you all!”
