“We found Reading Motorhome centre on AutoTrader and I have to say, they are the BEST company that we have dealt with. Both Jaydon and Michaela were extremely knowledgeable, professional, approachable and helpful when we purchased our Bailey Motor Home from them. They were always available to answer any questions that I had and helped me with choosing the right accessories that I needed. Their sales technique was exceptional, neither were pushy (unlike many I had had negative experiences with) and I have already recommended them both to 2 of my friends who are looking to change their motor homes to newer ones. I also spoke at length with Simon who is the manager there and he was so helpful in terms of giving me advice around insurance and private plates. We purchased purely over the telephone and when we went up to collect and part exchange - they made it absolutely seamless and a pleasure to deal with - no stress at all. Ian kindly did a very thorough handover on all aspects of the motorhome and again, so professional and helpful with extra tips to help us. Andy from after sales has also been amazing with extra advice after we took it out for its first trip. Lastly, Jim in the shop was such a pleasure to deal with - so knowledgeable again about anything I asked and offered further help over the phone in the future if I needed it. The whole experience was outstanding and I would definately recommend any body thinking of buying or exchanging their motor home to deal with Reading Motor Home first. Thank you again everyone and also for your continued ongoing support if we need it - truly appreciated. 5 stars to you all!”

“Oxford branch were absolutely brilliant, being first time caravan owners we had to learn everything from scratch. Alistair was so patient with us, talked and showed us through everything. The caravan was immaculate when we collected it. We were given over £500 worth of starter pack free. Would recommend buying a caravan from here and we will continue to use them for our ongoing service and maintenance of our caravan. Really pleased. Thank you Alistair.”

“I had a very good experience with Oxford Caravan Centre in Tiddington, and have recently purchased a new caravan through them. From start to finish the process was smooth and Lewis Serrit has been professional and helpful throughout, I liked that there was no hard sales when I visited them and nothing was too much trouble for Lewis, he answered all my questions and took lots of time helping me with everyhting, which being my first ever caravan pourchase was a lot. “Absolutely fantastic. Andy was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. As first time buyers we didn't know what we were looking for but Andy was very patient and very helpful. So much so, we purchased our first caravan from them! We collected it earlier today and had the incredibley thorough and firendly Jake explain the basics and operation of caravanning to us. He helped set us up and be confident for out first journey. There was a minor issue with some lights not working (it's a secondhand 10 year old caravan so we expected something) but they got it resolved incredibly quickly while we waited. So far we're thrilled woth our purchase and their service - because we know they'll look after us.”

“I have just taken delivery of my Bailey motorhome (My third purchase from Reading Caravans; 2 caravans previously), and as always the team have been warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to do business with. This is from the sales side (Michaela and Simon) all the way through to Ian (Delivery), and then Andy and Ros in the After Sales team who pull it all together and take care of any issues. If you are wanting to purchase your next motorhome or caravan, I can't recommend Reading Caravans highly enough. DISCLAIMER: I have not been paid nor compensated for this review in any shape or form. “We found the Caravan we wanted via your website. A quick email and we reserved the caravan to look at next day. We were given plenty of time to make our minds up and we decided to purchase. No pressure, no pushy salesmen. Tina was great. We got a good trade in offer, great price on the new van. Changeover day was equally efficient thanks to Naomi.
