“I received an outstanding experience during my visit to the Caravan and Motorhome Centre in Swindon, where I was impressed by the extensive selection of caravans available for purchase. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Tina and Lee were truly commendable. Furthermore, prior to my caravan purchase, Jack provided a thorough and first-class demonstration. “Just collected my first ever caravan and have to say how easy it was buying it from my local Swindon Caravans centre. My sales person Lee Mathews was both very helpful and professional when I emailed or called during my 6 month wait, sorting out accessories and answering queries. The handover specialist Naomi was absolutely fantastic too, she explained everything so well and couldn't have been more knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to deal with her! The whole buying experience has been simple, straightforward and easy, thank you very much.”

“Want to say a really big thank you to Lewis at the Oxford Caravan centre for going through everything so thoroughly on our first motorhome. We’re completely new to it and found the people and staff there very friendly and helpful. No hard sell just good information and help. Really looking forward to our first adventure out in our Swift Spirit 685. Really seems like a good choice for us for a first time. Thanks again.”

“Disappointed with the cleanliness of our new motorhome as the roof was filthy and windows covered in hand prints. Considering this was the second most expensive thing we’ve ever purchased after our house, the handover was brief and we had to point out fixings that had come loose. We also found after driving away that the engine warning light was on, so clearly no road test had been done either.”

“Lewis couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He always called us when we left messages and answered any questions that we had. What he didn't know he found out for us and even helped us set up the tracking. He went over the workings of the vehicle a number of times and I'm sure even now after we have made the purchase he will be happy to answer anything that we are unsure about. An asset to the company for sure.”

“We purchased our 1st Caravan 18 months ago and had a fantastic sales experience from Simon. As new owners we had a few mishaps with jockey wheel bolts and electric towing connections ( all self inflicted) we called on Andy and his team who came to our rescue on numerous occasions and got us back up and running with no fuss. We have since returned and bought a new Bailey Pegasus Brindisi black addition. Simon again has looked after us and we picked the new caravan up in March. We had a great experience from the whole team and this is the main reason why we returned to Reading caravan centre. The whole team act as one and we can’t praise them highly enough. Looking forward to our adventures in our new caravan and will certainly be returning as happy customers in the future.”
