“We used swindon caravan centre (Swindon branch) to part exchange our caravan for a lovely swift challenger 630se, when we went to view the challenger Lee was extremely helpful, friendly with a tonne of knowledge, he set us up with a really good part exchange deal, it come to handover day, where we were looked after by Paul who again he was extremely helpful, friendly and also a tonne of knowledge, when Paul looked over our old van he found it had quite a bad damp issue behind the kitchen units. He was very professional and manged to come to a really fair deal with us, so we could proceed with the purchase of our new van, Jack from dispatch was also amazing he went over everthing in the new van so we went away feeling like we know how everything works. The whole team at Swindon Caravan Centre went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice easy and hassle free transaction, I would highly recommend this company, they will be my go to caravan centre going forward. Thank you Swindon Caravan Centre”

“No pressure at any time. When we found the right caravan for us Lewis was fantastic, talked us through everything we needed to know. He kept in contact throughout the whole time. Everything we asked for was done without any problems. . Would definitely recommend and will be going back for our next caravan!!!”

“We came in initially to have a look around and get an idea if caravanning was for us. The man who spoke with us was excellent. He was so knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. He gave us lots of advice. Therefore when we found ourselves in position to buy a caravan we came straight back. Alistair assisted us and couldn't have been more helpful. He was able to help us check our tow car was suitable, he gave us so much information with absolutely no pressure. We came back the next day and purchased the caravan we liked. The process was so easy and Alistair was beyond accommodating with us. He ensured we felt confident with all the facilities on board and was excellent at teaching us how to hitch up. Other than bringing Alistair on holiday to do all the work for us I don't think he could have done more! We have booked our caravan in for next year for service and will continue to do so. I genuinely would always come back here in the future. Everyone we spoke to was brilliant. The shop staff and all the sales team were lovely. I cannot thank you enough. Above and beyond what we would expect.”

“Just collected my first ever caravan and have to say how easy it was buying it from my local Swindon Caravans centre. My sales person Lee Mathews was both very helpful and professional when I emailed or called during my 6 month wait, sorting out accessories and answering queries. “Lewis couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He always called us when we left messages and answered any questions that we had. What he didn't know he found out for us and even helped us set up the tracking. He went over the workings of the vehicle a number of times and I'm sure even now after we have made the purchase he will be happy to answer anything that we are unsure about. An asset to the company for sure.”
