DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY Terrible service Unsafe Unprofessional We booked a taxi with a car seat to get to the airport and it did not show up. We had to call and chase it and they kept telling us the driver was stuck in traffic however it was Sunday morning and the roads were empty. We waited 30 minutes on the side of the road with our bags and baby. When the driver arrived he had no baby seat even though we had booked one. We asked if we could get a car with a baby seat and he said there were not any. He encouraged us to hold our baby on our lap and he would drive slow. The manager said he would take a back road and not the highway. We agreed because there was no other way. He then proceeded to take the highway and was speeding, passing cars etc. I would never use them and warm others, especially parents to please avoid them at all costs.

En la ida nos tuvieron una hora esperando para llevarnos al hotel y a la vuelta si no paramos el autobús por llegar 5' tarde si va sin nosotros. Día 8/8/25 a las 9:15 en el Fuerteventura Jandia, por identificar a la conductora. Vaya en nuestro descargo que para colmo nos recogía a 300m del hotel, con lo que teníamos que cargar con las maletas. Muchas gracias conductora

Terrible experience. Please don't use this company,look elsewhere. Transfer from Salou to Reus airport (15min away). July 2025. Pick up time given by Suntransfers was 5hr 25min before my flight. I was given these details less than 24hours before my flight.I cancelled this transfer but Suntransfer would not refund my money becuase cancellation was less than 24hrs before flight. I felt totally conned by this company. I emailed Suntransfers on my return home but they were not interested. They responded to my emails with the usual waffle but took no responsibilty for their poor service.

I have been waiting at Tunis Carthage airport for over 30 minutes for a 7 seater bus. Customer service poor. Arrival i for.ation poor

Never ever use them! I pre booked in advance for a pick up from Faro airport. We landed at 9.45 waited to get through passport control and then for our luggage (faro airport isn’t the most organised! ) .. got out at 10.50 and the driver had gone! Left at faro airport with 7 members of my family and suitcases and no pickup! Rang sun transfers who were not helpful at all and refused to refund us!

Will not use again! Arrived at Dalaman airport to be told we should have been here yesterday and there wasn’t another car to take us to our hotel. We couldn’t call the emergency number as our phones didn’t work without WiFi. The man then said if we pay again he can arrange a car to take us wtf! It was 3.30am, two women in a foreign country, stranded at the airport. I told him to shove his offer and we took an airport taxi. Cost us an extra £85!

Driver wasn't there at arrivals as promised. Had to pay for another taxi as we waited for over half an hour and there was no reply on the emergency phone numbers. I even spoke to some of the drivers who said they did work for suntransfers but they assured me that my name was not on the lists. I am refused a refund. Its disgraceful treatment and what a stressful start to my holiday. I will never use them again.

We had a terrible service from them when we went from Malaga Airport to Sotogrande in May. They held us up for ages at the airport claiming their car wasn’t big enough for our luggage (1 case, 1 golf clubs) but it was easily big enough - he just didn’t want to put the seat down to accommodate the clubs?? Eventually he agreed to put the seat down but we were so late, I missed my appointment at the hotel. He then charged us extra for the toll road which should have been included. Their customer services team did not believe our version of events and have told us our case is closed - after they’d sent an email saying “Your Voice Matters”! Outrageous, especially after we have used them for years - we will not use them again as we can’t trust who they send us in future.

Worst experience ever with this company, driver 40 minutes late and family of 5 had to leave 1 family member and a suitcase at the AirPort as the minivan was too small, even we paid extra for golfbag. Customer Service accused us of lying when complaining, stay away…

very disappointed with the service I received. Driver never showed up inspite of receiving a confirmation email the night before. I travelled with my mother who has limited mobility. I had to chase up my refund. I will never use this service again. BUYER BEWARE.,!!!

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir noch 20 Minuten auf den Fahrer warten. Bei der Rückreise kam er 35 Minuten zu spät. Erst war der viele Verkehr schuld, dann war er am falschen Hotel. Dann fuhr er noch im Schleichtempo und telefonierte laufend mit seinem Handy. Wir waren 10 Minuten vor Boarding am Gate. Die Abholzeit hatte Suntransfers vorgegeben. Leider ist der Kundenservice bei Beschwerden uneinsichtig. Schade, jetzt haben sie einige Kunden verloren.

They don’t deserve a star at all. Booked a transfer with them. Our flights were delayed. We completely missed the last flight into Shannon Ireland. They were contacted right away and told the flight would be rebooked for the following day. I was asked to send confirmation. When I didn’t hear from them I contacted them back. They said they would not transfer the booking to the next day. It was not within the 48 hour window. As a flying passenger we don’t always know when we are delayed or cancelled. They took our money and ran. Very poor business practices.

Return transfer would have got me to the airport over 4 hours before my flight. They said a 6am pick up and I had to walk 10 minutes from my hotel (which they were able to drop me off at no problem) I asked if they could get me on a later shuttle they said no. when I said I'd book a private transfer instead and asked for a refund for that leg of the journey, I was refused

My return journey had too be cancelled. Iwas informed my collection time was at 8.50am destination time to the airport would be 1 hour 20. I explained this by email and phone call that we would be arriving at 10.20 and my flight was at 11.10am. Checking in passport control and security would take at least an hour. Once again I explained this and asked if I could get my transfer earlier and was told NO there was no way changing our collection time. So I'm out of pocket of 48 euros from suntranfer and I got to spend another 55euros on a taxi. I'm really disappointed 😞. I'm looking forward to hearing how you can resolve this unnecessary issue.

Our driver messaged 9 minutes before scheduled arrival to say he was at airport, after going through passport control and collecting our luggage driver had left. We were told to get a taxi and submit receipt and we would be given a refund. Unfortunately after a long battle Suntransfers gave refused to reimburse us. We have used the company for years and previous experiences were always good but after this one I would never use them again and would certainly not recommend them.

Unacceptable Experience – Stranded for Hours with No Real Support I booked a private transfer with Suntransfers from Barcelona Airport to our hotel in La Pineda, expecting a reliable and smooth journey. What we received was completely the opposite. During the ride, the vehicle suffered a flat tire. Suntransfers had no replacement vehicle available, leaving us stranded on the roadside for several hours with no proper solution. We were exhausted from our flight and this was an incredibly stressful and uncomfortable situation for my family. Despite contacting customer service immediately, their response was slow and insufficient. Eventually, they sent an email to "formalize the complaint" and offered apologies — but the fact remains: we paid for a premium transfer that failed to bring us to our destination. This was not a small delay — it was a complete failure to deliver the contracted service. We expected better from a company that claims to be professional and customer-focused. I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers who can actually guarantee proper support in case something goes wrong.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They use unfair policies to trap you and keep your money. Here’s our experience (Booking ref: SUNTR_SM5712): We booked a transfer for an 11:15 AM flight from Gran Canaria. Suntransfers scheduled our pickup for 06:56 AM, forcing a 4+ hour wait at the airport. For a simple Spain-France flight (Schengen zone), we only needed 1.5 hours at the airport. Their schedule was completely absurd. The catch: They only sent us this unreasonable time less than 48 hours before pickup. This made it impossible for us to cancel and get a refund according to their own policy. It's a deliberately designed trap. When we complained, they refused to help and have since completely ignored our formal complaint email. We had to pay for a separate taxi and they refuse to refund us for the service we didn't use. This company's business practice is predatory. Save yourself the stress and money, book with anyone else.

Matilda from marble cars is an extremely nice driver. Nothing about her to complain about I was delayed with my old mother in getting out of the airport and it took me just more than 60-70 mins. I was asked by ur team that I need to pay 25pounds extra. I did pay her without any issues. Why should I pay extra? What if the flt was delayed then what?? No consideration that I had an old lady. There was a long queue in immigration also. What can we do. Have we delayed the exit on purpose.
