“Would recommend, service overall was excellent”

“Extremely disappointed with the service. On arrival at Palma I went to the desk as instructed on my confirmation. They knew nothing about Sunstransfers. Called the contact number and advised them of my problem. They advised would call me back. They never called . Had to take a taxi to the resort. On my return I complained by email. Still waiting on a response. They could net even be bothered to acknowledge my complaint or give me an explanation. Steer clear is my advice”

“THE TAXI DRIVER WAS WAITING FOR US AS SAID JUST OUTSIDE OF ARRIVALS, THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS A LONG WALK TO THE TAXI AND MY PARTNER IS SLIGHTLY HANDYCAPPED THIS MIGHT BE LOOKED AT. OTHER THAN THAT TRIPS TO RESORT AND BACK TO AIRPORT WHERE ON TIME . WILLIAM YORK”

“An excellent service. On arrival at our apartment we had problems getting the key. Our driver went over and above the call of duty. He stayed with us and made some phone calls to assist. He didn't leave us until we were properly settled.”

“Our flight arrived slightly later than expected but the driver was waiting patiently. The vehicle provided was very comfortable and clean, an excellent drive to our accommodation. On arrival at the stated destination we were uncertain if it was correct, the driver drove around and refused to leave us until our friends arrived to meet us. I cannot fault the service, thank you for a great start and finish to our holiday.”

“We used Suntransfers for a return transfer from Rhodes airport to Pefkos. We booked a private mini bus for a family party of 17. A larger coach was actually provided on both journeys. The transfer was extremely efficient - approx 45 mins both ways - and it was excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.”

“Have used Suntransfers before, and as always the drivers meeting us at the airport, then taking us back from out apartments were on time, exceptionally helpful and courteous and a credit to the company. I would highly recommend using this company.”

“I have used Suntransfers 2 times in recent months ,on both occasions I was happy with the service ,especially in Croatia. My only gripe was when the taxi arrived in Dassia Corfu the driver had the wrong name on his papers . We were stranded until he conceded and took us to the airport , for our homeward flight. WOC2”

“The driver arrived 1 hour early we were told he would collect us from our hotel at 5pm and he arrived at 4pm, we felt very rushed and he got us at the airport 4 hours before our flight. The departure desk wasn't open and we had to wait 1 and half hours before checking in. This was not the good experience we have Previously had with Sun Transfers.”
