“Excellent all round service. Easy booking online. Driver was waiting in Malaga arrival hall as advised. Return Taxi arrived at 12.30. Precisely as requested. Both drivers very courteous and taxi immaculate. I used Suntransfers in Teneriffe last year and received the same service. Excellent”

“Service deplorable. Le taxi n'est jamais venu nous chercher a l'hotel pour pour nous ramener a l'aeroport. Il etait 5.00 du matin et nous avons attendu dans l'angoisse en vain. Le service avait ete reserve et paye bien avant notre depart. Nous avons contacte la compagnie qui nous a demande d'attendre dans un premier temps, pendant qu'ils essayaient de contacter notre chauffeur. Finalement, il n'est jamais venu, Nous avons du chercher un taxi dans Lisbonne a 5.00 du matin. A notre retour, j'ai demande un remboursement de ce qui avait ete paye et en compensation le remboursement du taxi de ville que nous avions fini par trouver (montant 15 euros), je ne considere pas en demander trop par rapport au prejudice subi. Course a l'aeroport et angoisse de rater l'avion. Le 6 juin, je leur ai fait ma modeste demande, j'ai recu un mail generique me disant qu'on allait traiter ma demande. Le 19 juin, je les ai relances, n'ayant recu aucune nouvelles, puis le 1er juillet n'ayant toujours recu aucune nouvelles. Cette fois j'ai du les menacer d'engager une action legale. Enfin, j'ai obtenu la reponse lacaonique suivante " Nous allons vous rembourser le prix dutaxi qui ne s'est pas presente, mais pas le prix du taxi (15 euros) que nous avons du trouver en ville. Et 20 pour cent offert sur notre prochain trnasfert!!!!!!!!!! On reve!!!!!!!!!”

“Their drivers don't monitor flights. So if your flight is delayed or canceled at last minute you are charged and then no one is there to pick you up. The worst. We travel all around the world and this is the worst company for transfers. Ended up calling Uber, they were there in 5 minutes at a fraction of the price.”

“Was to be picked up at 21.45 driver phoned us at 21.00 hours and said he was on his way and would be arriving in 5 mins which made him 40 minutes too early . This is our own apt and we had to close it all up so felt Under pressure to hurry up not a nice way to finish your holiday”

“Our arrival into Palma was late so there was no transport immediately available . After a short wait a driver arrived with a minibus rather than the car we had ordered . He was a little vague and we waited in the vehicle for sometime while he got himself together! The return journey was altogether different . The driver was punctual , efficient and friendly and the vehicle exceeded our expectations . Overall a good if inconsistent service”
