“Their drivers don't monitor flights. So if your flight is delayed or canceled at last minute you are charged and then no one is there to pick you up. The worst. We travel all around the world and this is the worst company for transfers. Ended up calling Uber, they were there in 5 minutes at a fraction of the price.”

“Was to be picked up at 21.45 driver phoned us at 21.00 hours and said he was on his way and would be arriving in 5 mins which made him 40 minutes too early . This is our own apt and we had to close it all up so felt Under pressure to hurry up not a nice way to finish your holiday”

“Our arrival into Palma was late so there was no transport immediately available . After a short wait a driver arrived with a minibus rather than the car we had ordered . He was a little vague and we waited in the vehicle for sometime while he got himself together! The return journey was altogether different . The driver was punctual , efficient and friendly and the vehicle exceeded our expectations . Overall a good if inconsistent service”

“Fantastic service. Timely pick ups both ways. On the way there the driver did get lost a bit so I ended up directing him using google maps. All in all, great service, easy to book, reps easy to contact, decent cars. Highly recomended.”

“Taxi driver was waiting for us in arrivals. very fast and efficient transfer to resort, which was 1 hours drive away. On the return trip, the driver was 15mins early for the pick up. very fast and efficient transfer to airport. very good service. would definitely use again”

“Taxi was waiting for me at Dalaman airport - my name held up on a board - a nice a/c taxi, driver was polite and helpful. My return journey was just as easy, the taxi arrived on time, and again, car had a/c and the driver was polite and helpful. Nice touch is getting sent a text message the day before, it reassures you that you haven't been forgotten. I'll definitely use them again.”

“Drivers were polite, however our plane late almost 1 hour, the driver was still there and was very kind. Cars were very clean and both of them were set up with air condition system, so the temperature was super inside the car. Absolutely recommended.”
