“I pre-booked a transfer from sum transfers from/to the Cairo airport. After travelling 22 hours and getting into Cairo at 1:30am I discovered that no one was there to pick me up. Upon checking my booking reference, I realized that there was no local or toll free number to call. As I had prepaid for the booking, I had to call Italy to speak with a representative. They insisted I provide them a chance to contact the driver and when I raised concerns over the long distance charges they indicated it would be covered. Long story short, two months later the company refuses to pay those charges ($45) and I wasted 90 minutes waiting for the company to rectify the situation which they were unable to do. I eventually just took a cab. I will never trust the company again.”

“I would recommend this company. The mini bus was clean the driver was courteous and waiting with a name board, so no confusion when arriving. Excellent service, I would definitely use this company again.”

“Always use Sun Transfers whenever we go abroad. The drivers are always waiting, no problems encountered and always turn up on time for the return transfer. I have confidence in this company as they provide an emergency telephone number. Also the booking process on line is very easy and reassuring. I have to add they appear to be more competitive than other transfer companies.”
