“I was a little anxious as I'd never booked an airport transfer online before but once I arrived at the airport, I was really impressed. Driver was waiting with signage at the airport, the car was really clean with air con and infant seat fitted (as requested). At the destination he helped us locate the exact area we needed to be in our campsite. Wonderful service, worth every penny. Would use again, without a doubt. D Thomson, Glasgow.”

“We checked out from our room at the hotel in good time prior to the agreed pick up time and waited for the driver to turn up. After 20 minutes of waiting, past the agreed pick up time, we enlisted the assistance of the hotel staff to check the whereabouts of the driver, to no avail. At the same time my wife rang the customer services number and was number seven in the queue and waited patiently for her call to be taken. When she finally got through she was cut off by your operator/staff. At that stage we had no alternative but to ask the hotel staff to provide a taxi for us in order to get to the airport in time for check-in. When we were in the taxi to the airport, we received a telephone call that I was not able to answer in time so it went straight to voicemail. I rang straight back (the first of three times) and got voicemail every time so I was not able to speak with your staff. You failed to provide the agreed service delivery and time was 'of the essence'. Incidentally, the driver who picked us up on arrival at Budapest airport was at best "unsafe". Bearing in mind we had a three year old child with us his driving skills were eractic with constant texting and turning around to talk to us whilst driving at high speed. Try somewhere else!”

“Horrible service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Driver was late for the pick up and did not even show up for the transfer back to the airport! I Had to call the horrible costumer service that claimed no responsability! I Had to pay for a taxi and arrived at the airport late. Terrible service.”

“My pax, Mr. Mrs. Calvin Wong, arrived Zurich on 23 July, and were supposed to be taken directly to their hotel. However, driver dropped them one bloc k away, and insisted they get out and walk, with their luggage to hotel. He couldn't speak English, and so they didn't know why he was making them get out.”

“Disgusting Service! Driver arrived at 7am (according to their records) instead of our booked time of 7pm! All transfer details were confirmed over the telephone as the website crashed twice whilst trying to make the booking. The driver didn't knock on the door of the property, just drove off. No phone call to say he had arrived - nothing. Why would we be travelling to the airport for our flight (of which all details of the flight were also given over the phone) when we weren't scheduled to fly until 9.20pm? Customer service extremely rude and claimed not their responsibility. We now have to pay for a further transfer back to the airport as we have 'missed' the 7am transfer. The driver who collected us when we arrived in Spain, did not even have the address of the property we were going to and had to follow my father to our destination. Nothing they can do to help, no refund offered, only another transfer that we will have to pay for. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!”

“Booking online was simple and offered a fair price for the service. On arrival at Verona airport our driver was waiting for us and provided a courteous and experienced service to my family party of 5 people. Our return transfer was just as good. The driver arrived early and got us to the airport in plenty of time despite there being long jams on the way. All in all, a very professional service, helpful staff and very clean and 'air-conditioned' vehicles. We would definitely use Sun Transfers again and highly recommend this company.”
