“Sun transfers very good, booking was easy, driver on time and vehicle clean. Would recommend to a friend and use again.”

“Driver waiting at the airport with a clear sign showing our name. The journey was intended to be about 2 hours and he stopped to buy water for is during the drive. Heavy traffic meant the journey ended up taking nearer 4 hours, so the driver stopped for us to go to the toilet. On the return journey the driver arrived an hour early because of the probability of heavy traffic, it took 3.5 hours and again he built in a stop for the toilet. There was nothing the drivers could do about the traffic and they were both efficient and friendly, would certainly use them again.”

“Used many times in different countries and excellent service at very good prices.Can't fault recent service in Paphos.Driver waiting at Airport on arrival and was right on time collecting us from villa for return to airport after holiday.I highly recommend this company.”

“Sun Transfers is a fraud. We waited at the airport and after more than half hour we had to call them and they told us they were on their way. They showed up in a car for 5 pax with no room for the luggage we had. I explicitly put in the comments that we were 5 people with 2 pieces of luggage each. They make no attempt to help. They were rude and inconsiderate. We ended paying for another taxi to take two of us (+ luggage) to the hotel, at a cost of additional 70 pounds. We will not recommend or use them again.”

“Excellent service on both occasions. Excellent value for Money. On time with friendly drivers who even provided Water when we got into the cars. We changed the collect time and this was handled easily and without fuss. Will definitely use this service Again.”

“I booked and paid for a taxi transfer to Costa Adeje, the address of my hotel. I then got an email asking for 26.84 more euros as the local agent felt the hotel wasn't in that resort. When I pointed out to the agent that that was the hotel address they insisted it wasn't. Agghhh!!!! Intensely frustrating and shocking customer service.”

“Excellent service, the driver was waiting for us at Lisbon airport and made sure we had a comfort break before driving us to our villa. The 16 seater coach was very clean and comfortable and the driver ensured we knew how to work the air conditioning before we began our journey. He pointed out various sites on the wayand when we arrived at our destination he drove us around the village showing us how to get to the beach and where the best shops and restaurants where. On our return journey we had 2 vehicles to take us to the airport. Both drivers arrived early and were very professional. Again the vehicles were spotless and very comfrotable. We were very impressed with the service and also the cost and will definitely use them again”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Drivers very polite and helpful made the journey very enjoyable. Both the lady who collected us and the gentleman who collected us on our return journey were friendly and told us about many things to do in Malta. We have been going to Malta every year since 2003 as we have a timeshare and even we can learn something new. Would definitely recommend this company and we will use them again next year for our trip, when we go to Tenerife in April they will be first on the list. Will definitely not use bus travel again.”
