“Driver did not show up at Reus airport. We waited 25 minutes and then decided to take another taxi. Several other families were also waiting on a taxi booked through Sun Transfers. I am waiting on their response for a refund after complaining to them. I will post again when I get their response.”

“This company was referred to me by the hotel that I was staying in. Upon arrival at Malaga airport, you need to look around the corner (or we did for our particular driver) as he was busy speaking to a colleague and our name plate was showing floorwards! Apart from this the driver was friendly and helpful. Upon collection from our hotel to return to airport very polite young man who spoke good English. Even asked who our airline was so he could drop us at right end of the airport for departures. Would definitely use this company again and hope they operate in other parts of Spain (and hopefully other countries). Good price also. Very happy :)”

“Driver did not show up to booked transfer. Was told to order a taxi. No explanation and now have to wait 20 days for a reply and refund”

“Very good service however we were charged 76 euros for both journeys, which equates to 38 euros each way but the driver's tariff on our trip to the airport on return was only 18 euros ! Maybe it's cheaper just to book your own at the resort”

“Fantastic service! Drivers were very professional and friendly too. Waiting for us upon our arrival! I needed to change our return journey time too, and it was no issue at all. Would definately recommend & will definately be using suntransfers again. Thank you”

“I wont bore you with a long drawn out saga etc, but needless to say when we arrived at Albufeira airport at 11:30pm 2nd from last flight airport virtually empty, The SunTranfers driver for ourselves was no where to be seen. We checked absolutely everywhere in arrivals inside and outside and asked the other transfer drivers if we were definitely in the correct place which we knew we were. Suntransfers were definitely 100% a no show, ended up paying an extra 50 euro's to get one of the last taxi's left at the airport late at night. 20 days later and still waiting for an personnel response from Sun Transfers rather than just the standard auto generated response's. Will most certainly not be using them again. The obvious line from them will be, their driver was there and we were in the wrong place, however that would mean then that all the other airport transfer drivers who we were talking too were also in the wrong place.”

“Our driver was waiting at the airport and clearly identifiable by our name card. The journey worked like clockwork and meant our holiday started with an extremely relaxing journey to the hotel.”
