“I've answered o.k. for all questions, as usual, but this transfer was not made; tourists' flight didn't arrive in Malpensa and full penalty was charged. See notes in booking!”

“I would not book with this company again as the driver never came to pick us up to Berlin airport we had no time to get breakfast so we had to buy food on the plane. After phoning to say the driver didn’t come we were told to phone two taxis as there were five of us and we had to pay it would have been all the same if we didn’t have any money left.when I e mailed the company they said it would take up to twenty weeks to get our money back the company certainly let us down and no I would not recommend them”

“WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! We arrived at the airport in London on time and could not find our driver anywhere. After 10 minutes I call the office, 30 minutes later the driver shows up. He had been sitting down having breakfast in the terminal. On our booked return leg the driver was not in the lobby. I called the service and they said the driver waited for 25 minutes than left. I asked how could that be as it is now 7:10 and our pickup was for 7:00. I informed him we have been in the lobby the whole time. The man for the service began to yell at me, calling me a liar and telling me my time was wrong. I confirmed the time on my phone with the lobby and he told me the driver would not be coming back, he was dispatched for another fair and I needed to find my own way back to the airport, then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.”

“Booked and paid for pick up for my son and wife at Auckland airport as part of their honeymoon trip- driver didnt turn up !! Son called several times but no response and then had to pay for a shared shuttle to hotel. Suntransfers refused to refund monies paid - total rip off AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“I have used Suntransfers for many times and I have always them to be very reliable. My wife is disabled and has trouble walking and the driver on the return journey to Paphos Airport was very helpful indeed with the assistance he gave. He drove his vehicle as near as possible to the departure entrance and he helped me with the 2 cases into the airport, he also assisted my wife from his vehicle into the airport. I would like to point out that the mini bus type Mercedes would be easier if the had a mini step to help with getting in and out. Will definitely be using again in March 2018.”

“We booked the transfer on the reviews from Da Nang to Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam and everything was going well. Our flight was at 11.45am from Da Nang and did not need to check our e-mails or so I thought. When we got to the airport we found our flight delayed to 1.30pm. We went to our e-mails and to our surprise , found it was delayed and Suntransfers cancelled our transfer. They knew the hotel we were staying at and our contact number. We managed to change to a flight at 12 noon which got us into Ho Chi Min at about the same time. They stated they did not have time or staff to arrange the transfer. We asked them to reconsider but they refused. We flew to Ho Chi Min City and we were concerned about getting scammed by a taxi but it was an easy process and cheaper than Suntransfers. There was a taxi desk and we were lucky we had enough money as we could not see an ATM. One of the staff took us to a green taxi and it was a pleasant trip, not far from the centre and the driver was very helpful. We were disgusted with Suntransfers and cancelled the return journey to the Airport and a local taxi was a 1/3 of the price. We asked for a refund and they stated because we had cancelled the transfer within 24 hours we were not allowed a full refund which was not the case. We complained and they gave us a 1/4 of the cost back for something out of our control. It maybe easy for them to organise in Europe but beware when they deal with transfers in East Asia. Metered taxis in Vietnam are very good and hotels will help you without any problem. Super Country. Thankfully it did not spoil our great holiday.”
