“The transfer waitied for over one hour due to one of our passengers getting lost in the terminal at Dubai airport they were extremely helpful to us as a party of 15 the driver loaded all the luggage on and off the coach and was very pleasant and helpful throughout the journey”

“Driver on return to paphos was excellent. Two of the party were poorly and he stopped twice for them. Please pass on our thanks to him. He was very kind, helpful and cheerful. A very safe driver.”

“Driver was early for our 3:30am pickup up, which happily surprised us! He was very nice, courteous and helpful. It would have been great to receive a confirmation email from you guys the previous day re confirming everything. Since I had booked far in advance, would have been great to have the reassurance that someone would be there. Otherwise, had a great experience and would definitely use you again! Thank you!”

“Third booking with Suntransfers.com. All went very well as with the previous bookings the only comment I would have is that the online booking system does not take in account a situation where you accompany someone to an airport and want to return back to your destination. It always requires a flight and arrival time otherwise the booking cannot proceed further.”

“The service was perfect. Only improvment I would recommend is to ease fulfil your order form in your web pages (I decided to inform that we are all adults because I did not manage to inform that 3 of us were 13 years old and the rest were adults).”

“Service efficient and friendly. Our driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal at Dubai airport and we had to catch the shuttle to the international. We didn't know which terminal we were supposed to go to so we just assumed he was correct.”

“It started OK with the driver picking us up from the airport on time and being a very pleasant and courteous driver. The return journey from the villa to the airport was a different story as the driver was 20 minutes late which is unacceptable. I had to phone your customer service team to find out where he was. He was not the friendliest driver either. Due to the unreliable return pickup I would not book with Sun Transfers again. Our transfers were return journeys between Fuerteventura airport and the resort of Caletta de Fuste.”
