“Refused to take our booking from Barcelona airport to hotel and return because my husband has a small mobility scooter. They said they did not have loading equipment. We explained that it was a small travel one that folds down and fits into any average size car boot, and that we would load and unload it ourselves....something we do on an almost daily basis. They said they didn't care....they would still not take it. We had no problem finding another company, and used standard taxis in the city....no trouble at all. Will not bother contacting Sun transfers in future.”

“If I could give Suntransfers no stars I would. We arrived at Dubrovnik airport on the last flight November 9, 2015. Our flight was on time, we had no checked luggage so we exited immediately to where drivers were standing holding names for pick up. We checked all the signs and none had our name on it. So we stood and waited for our driver from Suntransfers (who we paid for in advance) to arrive. After several minutes I dug though my carryon to pull out the paperwork on our pick up. I attempted to call the number, but had no cell service, so I attempted to log on to any Wi-Fi the airport might have - again to no avail. We watched everyone leave, the buses pull out and as they were turning the lights out at the terminal to close for the evening we were in a panic. We ran out to the parking lot and grabbed the last person there which happened to be a cab who offered to drive us to our hotel for 50 euros. What were we to do....we were stranded in the middle of nowhere, he could have asked for 1000 euros. As soon as I arrived to the hotel and got internet service, I contacted Suntransfers to notify them of the problem and cancel our return trip to the airport as I had no faith they would show up. I requested a full refund of my money since no service was provided. Suntransfers sent an e-mail that they would cancel the return and "look into" the missed pick up. After two weeks I received an e-mail from Suntransfers that they would not refund the money, not because they never showed up but because I did not call from the airport....which was closing and I had no cell service. I have taken the issue up with my credit card company....buyer beware!”

“Used Sun Transfers from Dublin airport to our hotel, just south of Dublin. The car arranged smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and was so noisy we thought it was going to fall apart en route. When at our location, I emailed Sun Transfers and did not get a response. I called, and was assured that this would be resolved for our transfer back to Dublin airport. Imagine my shock and horror when I was given exactly the same driver, with the same car. I will NEVER use Sun Transfers again.”

“very poor service. Not greeted at airport. Driver arrived 10 minutes late in a car for 4 when we had booked a private minibus for 5. No apology. Had to wait a further 15 minutes whilst he arranged for a vehicle for 5 which turned out to be a dented, scratched and tatty MPV driven by the worse driver imaginable (probably why it was dented and scratched). Phoned customer services! to complain and not at all helpful.”

“on my holidays in Dubai, October 2015 I booked return pickup with suntransfers.com. Unfortunately I had to wait twice more than 20 minutes for the pickup. Each time the driver told me, there was a problem with the other driver and he was the replacement... - would you believe it? If I would not recommend using sun transfers.com in Dubai....”

“September 2016 booking for 5 . Return trip arranged for airport and no show. Was told that the driver was on route later finding our this was not true and ended up getting a taxi. Awful customer service. Definitely would not recommend”

“I hired this company because it was the cheapest one on transfers from Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul (clearly it was the most economical because it no one showed up). The plane arrived on time, we waited for about an hour and no one appeared. We were in a country where no one speaks either English nor Spanish (in fact this was the reason why we booked with this transfer with a lot in advance). We could not find the way to call this company, while in the airport. They have stolen us 50 euros. If I were you, I would not trust the good reviews from this sites. You have been warned!”

“Customer service terrible, didnt feel valued at all. Called them to chat with them and the take it or leave attitude was terrible. the website has uk tele number but pay in euro's, no warning that your bank may charge you a fee if paying in euros. would never use them again”

“Having read all reviews about sun transfers, I booked them for return from dubrovnik airport to Lapad area ,no problem on arrival .on departure no transfer arrived and I had to pay again to get to airport ,i tried to ring them no answer at all ,there was no number for Croatia so rang UK with no reply ,I paid again to get to airport and returned home ,rang and e mailed them with no satisfaction ,just telling me they'd be in touch ,to me stay away total waste of money and time , customer service pathetic ,don't bother ,”

“Our flight was delayed to Austria by 4 hours. Sun Transfers policy is that we pay again since they contract with a local vendor for the pick up. We were very disappointed with their lack of service! DO NOT USE SUN TRANSFERS! James Truax USA 9-4-2015”

“My family and I (20 week pregnant partner, two children aged 5 and 6) were left stranded at Bastia Airport in Corsica after the transfer failed to show up. On a Sunday. It was a horrible start to our holiday. After an hour of international phone calls of our own expense, Suntransfers told us that the booking had been 'lost', to take a taxi and they'd refund it, leaving us with very little money left for our holiday. Nearly 3 weeks later we've still not been refunded for our original booking, ***OR*** the additional taxi. After repeated calls, they still don't call back and we're still chasing this issue. We'll certainly never use this company again, regardless of the outcome, and I'll be sure to tell friends, family, and review sites of this awful customer service.”

“We waited at our hotel for our transfer to arrive and phoned them within 5 minutes of our allotted time after the car did not arrive (as per their instructions) - at our cost as clearly making a call overseas on your mobile is expensive. They had no immediate record and so had to go away and find out what had happened to our pick up. They phoned us back 15 minutes later (so now over 20 minutes past our collection time) to tell us that they had made an error and there was no car available to pick us up to take us to the airport (again, receiving calls on my mobile, a cost to me). So what were we supposed to do!!!? They told us we would have to arrange our own way to the airport and they would pay for the cost of this journey. What was the point in making a booking with them if we then just had to make our own way to the airport anyway. We just made our flight and at the time of flying I had paid for two trips. Suntransfers took 2 weeks to investigate, "misplaced" the copy of the invoice I sent them (not easy getting a receipt from some random taxi you've had to arrange yourself at last minute) and then gave us a refund for the taxi we had to arrange ourselves and no other compensation except offering us a discount if we used them again in the next 12 months. I won't be using them ever again and am insulted that they didn't offer to refund the cost of the transfer we booked with them given they never fulfilled this part of their contract with us. I have read lots of positive reviews about this company, but would caution you about using them as if they fail to fulfil their end of the agreement, they don't really appear to care at all. The chap on the phone on the day said sorry, but nobody since has and the experience of trying to resolve this has been awful.”

“Very annoyed and disappointed with Sun Transfers. I booked for my daughter husband and 3 young children to be collected from Malaga Airport as their flight wasn't arriving until 9.55pm. When they arrived driver was there, brought them to transport (which was bus with luggage trailer rather than car as booked). He was not very courteous, and didn't open bus to allow them on until he had long conversation with a friend he met. He had no air con on bus or at least didn't put it on despite temp of around 30 c. Worse was to come, having turned onto paseo early (our apt is at the end as he knew) he couldn't proceed because of road works and instead continuing to next turn insisted on them leaving bus in pitch darkness at 11 o'clock at night with luggage to find their own way and to walk for approx. 15 mins. Luckily my daughter then realised where they were as she had been before otherwise things would have been even worse. Although I have used Sun transfers before with no problems I don't think I could ever trust them again.”

“Didn't arrive to take us to airport had to arrange a local taxi to come and get us leaving us with not enough time to grab some breakfast. Still awaiting a refund but had no response from email. Paid for booster seat for my child and never had one on our return journey. Was a total nightmare and would not use again.”

“Our transfer from Hotel to Airport - our driver never turned up! We were given no notice. The 24 hour helpline told us 'due to admin issue they wont turn up!' then advised us to ring a cab & keep reciept and we will be reimbursed! It was early hours & this caused alot of stress, inconvienence and panic! Will NEVER use again! Please Avoid!”

“If you expectativ, as I did, you have a chaufeur and a car waiting for you to drive 4 personagem from Março Pólo aeroporto to cruze port , after you havê paied everything before the trip, forget: nobody will be there, and if you phone the number they give you, they do nothing else, excepto conselyng you to catch another táxi, and pay again, of course. And if you re claim for the money you havê already país, they say NO, they have Doné their best!!!!?”

“Booked premium taxi arrival into Barcelona booked for 10.10am - no show called helpline several times was told to get my own taxi and claim back refused to do this eventually after lots more calls at 11.45 somebody collected me in a minibus hardly a premium vehicle very disappointing”

“Suntransfers are a disgrace. On my outward journey they dropped me off at the wrong hotel. on the return journey they picked us up with a run down mini bus and the driver brought a friend along fer company and ignored up his passengers for the entire journey”
