Arriving in Nice, my company had booked two cars to take us to the hotel. Unfortunately only one driver showed up. After quite some wait he managed to scramble up a minibuss to accommodate us all. Cred's for that, but over half an hour wait at an airport curb must be seen as a below par performance.

We were very disappointed in the service, which had come widely recommended. We had booked an airport transfers into/out of Istanbul Our flight was due to arrive at Ataturk at 5:35am but arrived early at 5:13am. We had cleared immigration and customs by 5:38am. There was no representative from the company awaiting us. I called the Spanish office at around 6:00am to enquire. I received a voice mail at 6:05am indicating the driver would arrive in 5 mins. No apologies received. I called again around 6:30am and waiting a long time on hold never getting through. Eventually the company representative arrived at Arrivals at 6:40am, essentially one and a half after flight arrival. The '5 min' response above totally misrepresented the situation. Had we know it was to be a further 40 minutes we would have taken a taxi. The Spanish representative did not offer any apology and when queried as to the company's response to the failure in service, she responded that it wasn't so bad. She totally disregarded our situation and the misrepresentation she made earlier. On the return journey, the driver got into an accident.

The booking process was painless and efficient. My transfer from Faro to Tivoli was good, on time, a polite and helpful driver. The return transfer was not good. We were waiting as instructed outside the hotel at 9.25 in time for a 9.30 pick-up. At 9.40, as instructed if the taxi didn’t arrive, I phoned your central office. They were polite but informed me the driver had been delayed due to traffic – this was early on a Sunday morning so I doubt that was the case but we waited and 20 minutes late the driver arrived. This driver was rude, he did not apologise for being late and in fact said nothing the whole trip. Worse, he stacked everything into the back of the minibus and when we arrived at Faro he opened the door carelessly and a computer rucksack fell on to the ground from a height of 1.5m. A recently purchased expensive Swissgear bag was damaged and now does not close because of a broken zip. The computer was marked but fortunately still functions. The driver ignored it and ignored my son trying to assess the damage. He did not apologise or indeed say anything. He simply drove off. Informed SunTransfers but no response. Not good.

The driver was not by the barrier with a sign at the airport when we came through the passage. He did call and we connected. Was disappointed that he was not able to give us information about the areas we drove past.

I had a quote based on the actual address of my accommodation in Portugal. I booked and paid for it only to find that Suntransfers wanted me to pay more after booking! My luxury private taxi was not waiting for me at the airport so had to ring up. Taxi driver was nice but couldn't find our accommodation so wasted more time driving around asking for directions! We took out cancellation insurance which turned out to be useless when we missed our flight as we lost our money and were charged again. Not a positive experience I'm afraid Suntransfers.

Driver was friendly and courteous; taxi was immaculate. Unfortunately, the journey was spoilt by the speed at which the driver drove, overtaking vehicles where totally unnecessary. On a couple of occasions, the driver used his iPad to check information while talking on the telephone - and in the fast lane! Journey only took 20 mins, whereas should probably have taken 30-40 mins (we'd allowed an hour as advised when booking). Bit scary at times.

My pick up from airport went smooth but return was a waste of time and stress. I booked though shuttle direct that connected me to this company. My confirmation had no time and when I emailed shuttle direct they told me to call sunshine transfers. I spent 5pm to 10.30pm Calling and I was told he would call back in 2hrs then half hr then hr then 10min. I eventually heard back at 10.30pm to be told he doesn't work for them and to call other company. Still unsure if anyone will get me to the airport but I'm disappointed

The driver was late for my arrival at airport. I was looking for someone for over 30 minutes (after getting through customs and baggage claim!) . The car was nice, but the driver was texting and driving the whole time, in traffic. Scary. On my return arrival to the train station, no one there again. I managed to get wifi for a few seconds to email company, but quickly lost it. Also, no roaming on phone. Company says they tried to email back, but I couldn't receive it without email as this was Spain and I was from the US. I finally had to take a taxi to catch plane on time. Company refused a partial refund. This constitutes bad business in my book. In a foreign country for the first time, having a driver, on time with a name placard is paramount. Would not use again - too risky unless you have a local phone.

My collection from kiev airport to my hotel was fast and straightforward My return flight was cancelled so I called sun transfers a day in advance to reschedule my collection from the hotel back to the airport. I was told that they would not reschedule my collection and that I would have to lose my current booking and pay again for a new one. Disgraceful customer service not only did I lose my money from the original booking they wanted to charge me twice just to reschedule my booking and when I complained I was told I would have to make a claim on my travel insurance. Very poor company and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone

booked suntransfers for a party of 28 adults with case each when 30 seater coach arrived we was told by driver there was an issue with the luggage compartment, he couldnt get it open.this meant that a few passengers were standing room only on the bus from dublin airport to our hotel. Even better on return this time they collected us in a double decker bus from our hotel but had not been informed of the extra stop to collect other members of our party but this was cleared up quickly when bus driver made a couple of phone calls. overall service was prompt and on time but perhaps the minicoach should have been checked that all was well with the boot before it was sent out.

SUNTRANSFERS.COM Airport transfer from airport to ship terminal and return. Marseille, France March 21, 2015. We paid $120 Euro in advance for round trip transportation to and from the Airport Marseille and the Cruise ship terminal. The trip Airport to Marseille was great, but our ship, Costa Fascinosa, was delayed about an hour on return due to a terrorist attack in Tunis, Tunisia. We were first off the boat only to learn that SUNTRANSFERS.COM our car provider had left us without transportation. We contacted them and they said we were late and would have to pay again. We took a taxi at the airport.. I have never had this happen anywhere in the world on a prepaid service. — feeling unhappy. Like · · Share

Tenerife south airport to play paraiso. no one at airport to greet us.when driver finally arrived we had to wait further while he tried to help other stranded passengers.reversed minibus into another bus,driver very stressed.on return trip their headoffice did phone to tell me they would be late.this is the worst service that we have experienced and will not be using their services again

Good outward journey from Palma to Soller (even though driver dropped us off about 150 metres from our Villa) Dreadful pick up on return journey, driver would not come to us and we had to walk about half a mile with a load of luggage and 3 young children in tow, would we use them again? NO chance

From Paphos airport the car was not big enough for 4 passengers, including a disabled person, and their cases. I was compelled to carry a suitcase on my lap for the whole journey to Coral Bay. Having booked a premium taxi, this was unacceptable. For the return journey, I'm pleased to say a larger car was provided.

The driver did not have a sat nav, therefore he did not know my destination hotel, but between the pair of us we eventually got there. This was not the drivers fault

I arrived at Nice. It was the third time I used your service, the first time the woman was super friendly and helpful with local info etc. Last two trips the men were dour.
