“We were due to be picked up at 6.30pm at Lanzarote, due to weather we landed at fuerta Ventura, sat on Tarmac for 5 hours then flew back to Lanzarote where our transfer was still waiting and without any complaint at all transferred us to our hotel. Absolutely fantastic service . Thank you so much.”

“We have used Suntransfers in the past and again this year and each time the process of booking was very straightforward and the taxi transfers themselves have always been very reliable and punctual. On each occasion the drivers were always courteous, friendly and helpful.”

“It is the first time I have used private transfers abroad. Suntransfers were recommended to me by a friend. On looking at the website I found it easy to book, confirmation sent to my email address with the booking details and necessary pickup points. They were on time and driver polite, helpful and smart in their Suntransfers uniform. I looked at other transfer companies and found these the cheapest too. Everything went smoothly and I would be using Suntransfers again and I would also recommend them. Myself and 3 friends travelled to/from Tenerife South airport in June 2017.”

“The bus did not show up on the airport! We had to take taxi. Already waiting for my money back 849 euro from september 2016!! They say that they put it on my account but its not! Totally other account number! Not my account! They are not checking it wright! Still waiting for my money!”

“Had cause to complain this year as received a shuttle service after paying for a private taxi. Handling of complaint by Suntransfers has been appalling they now use a 3rd party taxi company who's service was way below usual standard. All Suntransfers have done is pass it over to the outsourced company who just keep returning emails. Nothing has been done to resolve complaint. Which all they had to do was refund the difference paid. After taking your money they clearly don't want to know. Have used them previously many times obviously they have got to busy/big and now out source business. Standards now are rubbish compared to what they used to be. So beware if you need to complain !!!!!! I won't be the Using again unless complain resolved soon”

“The Driver never arrived to pick us up, Called the Help Line only solution offered was for us to arrange two by taxis, (Booked Mini Van ). Logged a formal complaint on the 9th June 2017 Still waiting for any real response (Got an Auto Mail ) Not Good enough on two fronts (1) No Pick Up (Stranded in airport for 90 Mins (2) No Real Customer Service response”
