“We, a group of 8 guys from the Netherlands, rented a transfer from Faro airport to Albufeira and back. We were happily surprised by the service. Our driver was a really nice ladd and gave us a bunch of tips for our stay in Albufeira. We accidently left two bottles of liquor in the taxi, so we called the agency, and in two days we had the bottles delivered at our accomodation. Amazing service. On our departureday we had to leave our villa with all our suitcases at 10:00. We walked a few kilometres to a very nice Dutch restaurant (Ronnie & Ellen) where we could store our bagage, but the taxi was supposed to pick as up at the villa. This means we had to walk all the way back for our transfer and in that heat (36'C) it would be a terrible walk. So I called the agency to ask if they could pick us up at a different location, and at no extra charges they fixed everything for us. Thank you very much!”

“I was disappointed by the service provided by sun transfers .The outward pick up was fine . The driver was waiting at the airport and was friendly and efficient . On the way home the taxi failed to turn up . I found my own taxi from hotel to Ljubljana airport . Staff in London office of sun transfers were unapologetic and had a couldn't care less attitude. Won't be using service again”

“Great service One problem - 2 passengers were arriving at different terminals but there was only one box for flight numbers so the driver was unaware that he had to go to another terminal to pick up the other passenger. Otherwise no problems Both drivers very kind and cheerful”
