“We booked a transfer in Singapore with child seats for our two little kids. We were left stranded at the airport at 3am (the driver said the seats never existed to book). With more notice we could have organised something else. A month later, they've offered to refund the cost of the seats, but not the very expensive transfer.”

“We had a reservation for a transfer from the hotel in Nicosia (Cyprus) to Ercan Airport at 5:50 a.m, and they never came to pick us up. The worst thing was that nobody called us to inform that the service was cancelled or simply that they were not able to arrive at the specifed time. We almost lost our plane. This was a huge inconvenience. Besides, It has been impossible to have the issue solved because they never respond my emails or calls. Absolutelly not recommendable.”

“Used Suntransfers.com for the first time from Paphos airport to Coral Bay and return. Could not fault the service. Drivers were on time and courteous. There were 6 in our part with 8 suitcases and hand luggage. We booked prestige mini buses which were very clean and new models. Drivers were very helpful. Will book with them again. Have already recommended Suntransfers.com and they were extremely happy with there experience too.”

“The guy showed up at 8:40AM to take us from our hotel in Barcelona to the airport. Our booking was clearly for 9;00AM. He was visibly upset with us for showing up at 9:00AM. He mumbled to himself while he threw our bags in the van. He the dropped us off at the opposite end of the airport to where Air Canada check-in is located. He knew that we were flying Air Canada but we feel he did this on purpose to punish us for making HIM wait!!! We had to drag our many pieces of luggage through the entire airport. PLUS he didn't even drop off with the other Taxis at the doors to the airport. We had to drag our luggage over several curbs to get to the airport doors. He was miserable and I will never use Sun Transfers again!!!!”

“I booked a Transfer from a hotel in Callela, Costa Brava to Girona Airport by Private Transfer for 4 passengers using Suntransfers. The service I received was absolutely excellent, the taxi was there a few minutes before time, the vehicle (a mini bus) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the driver was extremely helpful and very polite and friendly. I found it easy to book using their website and I received a text the day before our journey to remind me of the pick up time. The price was also competitive being cheaper than other companies offering the same service. I would not hesitate to use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.”

“ordered a transfer form Venice airport to Cruise terminaln and back. Whe arriving in Venice the driver was waiting for us with a nice well treated minibus. On the return trip the diver even arrived earlier as planned. Top service- top cars. Always again”
