“Excellent service. First time I have pre-booked a taxi service online and was unsure about it. However, decided as I was arriving late at Geneva Airport on my own with luggage and needed to go to the city centre to join friends it would be preferable to the train and bus. The driver was the first person I saw as I came through Arrivals. He was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was large, clean and comfortable and when we arrived at the hotel in the centre of the city the driver took all my baggage straight up to the reception. I would certainly have no hesitation in using this Company again.”

“It was easy to book. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals. The vehicle was clean with plenty of room. the driver was pleasant and friendly. the transfer was quick. It all went like clockwork.”

“Never booked through the web before so a little unsure. In the end easy to book, no worries about having the correct money to pay the driver because you pay up front. Driver waiting with sign outside the arrivals exit the airport. On the way back different driver, turned up on time at the hotel. Will use this service again when going overseas.”

“Andreas our driver was at the airport with name on sign board, very courteous. minibus was clean and comfortable, he engaged with us given local land marks/ places to see. he helped with our luggage, that made the journey pleasant back to the airport, he was on time equally helpful with our luggage asking us how our holiday went. would highly recommend him as your holiday transfer S.Fowell Leicester”

“We were late arriving at Kefalonia but our driver was there waiting. Bags safely stowed and away we went. Safe journey straight to the apartment. Same on return. We have used Suntransfers many times on Kefalonia and will continue to do so. Thanks again, great service Ann brown/mike marsh”

“The facts are the following; I call your company and select an option provided by you which is a specific class of car and pay in advance. As I am looking out the window I see this piece of junk parked in front of the house and ask my wife to call to company to make sure I am getting the car I ordered. My wife calls your company and asks what type of car did you send us and she responded a Mercedes or an Audi? She than tells my wife to wait and comes back to the phone saying that no cars were available so we sent a PASSAT. We have attached pictures of the PASSAT missing a wheel. Regardless your company knew you were not providing the quality of car that we ordered and expected yet without calling us you send a car and attempt to force us to take it because you already have my money. This fraud is pathetic and clearly displays a lack of ethics Finally, the driver was smoking in the car. I had a plane to catch to California and this disrupted my early morning. The lack of concern for your customer is also pathetic.”

“This was such a simple process that was very smoothly carried out and took the drama out of finding random taxis with no real idea of the costs, or hiring a car and driving around an unknown area. Excellent service. No nasty surprises. We will be using again”
