“This was such a simple process that was very smoothly carried out and took the drama out of finding random taxis with no real idea of the costs, or hiring a car and driving around an unknown area. Excellent service. No nasty surprises. We will be using again”

“the driver was waiting with name on sign, very nice young lad chatted all the journey told us the history of Portugal places of interest and on reaching praida de rocha showed us places as we drove by. We didn't get his name but he was a pleasure to travel with. 10 out of 10 to suntransfers.”

“I was booking for Stockholm Arlanda airport to the city on 2nd of June 2017 and my booking is fully paid in advance. My flight was landing on time at 7.00 am but the immigration was take time so long. As a result I went out at 8.30 am. I could not find the driver. So I called customer service and she suggested me to take the taxi and paid by myself without refund because the driver is unavailable. The driver has reported that the passengers were not available for collection and they were unable to reach me. Of course, I was in immigration area. So I have to catch a taxi and spent money both ways for taxi and Suntransfers (Stockholm) without service. This is so different from Suntransfers (AMSTERDAM) because I got the same situation but the driver was waiting for me 1.20 hours after landing. Your company should do something better than sent me the email and said Missed transfer services are non-refundable. This is not my fault.”

“Would recommend. We had a 7 seater it was clean & comfortable. Our plane was delayed but the transfer guy waiting patiently for us with a sign. Then transfer back to the airport he was spot on time. Thank you.”
