“When completing the request form I found difficult to understand what was required.If 'outward transfer' was changed to 'arrival transfer' I would not have been confused.”

“Pick up from the hotel was a little late but when we rang the customer services number we were quickly helped and a car arrived within minutes, couldn't fault their service, have used numerous occasions and will definitely use again”

“Very good and reasonably priced service in Faro, Portugal. Although we did get a van instead of a car. Also don't agree with your policy of insisting that passengers have to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight time - surely this decision is up to the customer/passenger. I travel very frequently to Portugal and this was put me off using Suntransfers for the return trip again.”

“We booked a 10am pick up from Barcelona cruise terminal, when the driver hadn't arrived by 10.10am I called the number, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful, saying she would find where the driver was and call me back. Then the driver turned up apologising for being late as the traffic was very bad, which it was. When I checked my phone the lady had called back and left a message saying exactly that. Would definitely use them again, it was a normal barcelona taxi but cheap and much better than waiting in line for a taxi (the queue was huge as there were two massive ship disembarking).”

“The service was efficient and satisfactory . Hover when I tried to book a transfer from Amalfi to Napoli train station I was advised that you do not provide this service, but only to the airport. I find this odd.”

“we requested transfer from CDG airport to city. before takeoff from boston, I contacted your office because there was a flight delay, and the person was extremely helpful with trying to figure out our situation. She called me back several times to make sure I had all the right information, and in the end we did make our connection. I would definitely use your services again.”

“The only think i would say as there was only two of us traveling a car would have been more appropiate for the Airport transfer as opposed to the mini bus type vechical.I get transfers 3 to 4 times a year to and from Faro and this is the first time i used your company and will possibly use again the service and the price are the important factors your service was excellent and the price was reasonable.”

“No driver in arrivals, however helpline was reassuring, taxi eventually arrived 20 minutes late. Driver was friendly and courteous. Return journey, same driver, all went very well. Overall happy with service.”

“Although the driver was a little late, he was extremely apologetic, he was polite, helpful and very chatty and continued to apologise. Very pleasant transfer was had to our villa in Quarteira. Many thanks”
