“We have used your taxi service on our last 2 trips to Majorca and the service has been very good. The only minor issue was the website would not allow a pick up of less than 2 hours 20 minutes and as we only had hand luggage and had checked in online, this could have been shorter. Any chance of chamging this ?”

“the transfer to the apartment on holiday was a little late and drove slightly fast. On return to the airport the transfer was excellent”

“I have used your transfer twice now from faro to Albufeira unfortunately i did not use your company for the collection from our apartment as you insist on picking up early enough to allow 2 hours at the airport. As we travel with Ryanair and have no luggage to check in and our flight was at 07.30 this was way to early for us. I telephoned and was told this was your policy and there was no around it : (”

“Have always used your service for transfers from airport - on this occasion although we arrived early at the airport - it would appear that our name was not on the list. However found the person I dealt with over the phone very helpful. No problems on our return journey to the airport - our Driver NONO was excellent”

“Both pick ups were late, but not a problem, a quick phone call and a quick reply. Barcelona had a marathon on our collection day which resulted in heavy traffic, although the driver should have been aware of this, any other pick ups we have had the driver is always early and waiting, as I said it worked out fine in the end.”

“Although return pick up was late, phone call was answered almost immediately and was assured within 5 minutes driver was on way. Cheers.”

“Plus Point - We needed to change our pick up point for the return journey and you accepted this and the service was exceptional only critisism is the vehicle was quite old some seats seemed loose and one seat belt point did not function. We have used you several times and previously vehicles always really good.”

“Everything was excellent except the car seat was not fixed and it took a while to get it fixed and even then u was not sure it was do e properly.”

“The way to the Hotel was great, the Kids could watch a movie, the child seat was correctly installed. On the way back, there was no installed child seat, we installed it ourselfes. But all in all, it was allright.”

“Everything worked very well in the end. One problem arose at the booking stage with regard to the address of the apartment. The address we gave was correct but Suntransfer was unable to locate it on any map and this lead to emails going back and forth. We were anxious at one stage before travelling that we had made a mistake which turned out not to true. However everything worked out in the end.”

“We arrived at Fuerteventura airport and was very impressed by the efficient transfer. Return transfer arrived 15 mins late I called you customer services and they were very helpful investigated the situation and came straight back to me which was reassuring. I would still book with Suntransfers again”

“Our transfers were from Faro airport to Alvor and return. The drivers were on time, friendly and polite and assisted with our luggage. Our only concern was in relation to the return journey. A rather old mini-bus was provided rather than a saloon car and the driver did not take the quickest route via the motorway. The return journey was therefore not as comfortable as the trip from the airport to the resort and took about 20 minutes longer.”

“I have booked suntransfers twice now, both times in Marbella. Both times everything went very well except for the pick-up time back to the airport. Both times around 10 min. too late, which isn't a disaster but they could be more punctual. Apart from this perfect service!”

“All transfers were met on time. The transfer from the Airport was in a mini bus which had clearly seen better days but was still acceptable. No dialogue with the drivers which I guess was due to the language barrier but both got us safely to our destinations. Good Service”

“We were delighted with your company and the drivers were excellent. Our only minor comments would be that he arrived 15 minutes early for our return trip which meant we had to rush a little and there was no booster seat for the return trip. However, we'd certainly use your company again.”
