“Arriving at airport very satisfactory. Having no option other than to be picked up 2.5 hours before the flight time is annoying when half that time is all that is needed. No flexibility whilst booking on line needs addressing”

“Driver 15 min late......took me to wrong apt Oasis village until I protested 3 times....lucky I was familiar with resort.....did pay for private taxi......rest all fine”

“Difficult on-line booking initially. When we had a delay due to weather the 24 hours phone service was not available. Nor did we have the required 24 hours to reschedule on line. I did manage to contact someone by phone after a number of attempts but was told no phone bookings were possible. Half our party came on the initial booking but the others unable to contact to reschedule made their way one and a half hours out of town by taxi”

“Your driver from Bucharest to airport was crazy just like being on dodgems the driver who picked us up from airport to Bucharest was very helpful and very knowlable of the area which he shared with us.”

“Maybe its just me, but i have used SunTransfers on every trip to the Canaries, Fuerteventura, Tenerife and Lanzarote, however NEVER has the driver been waiting for me, i have had to ask blank faces as to where they might be. Outside the terminal? inside? Who knows. Eventually they turn up, and the transport is ok to the resort. Tenerife last year in August was a joke though, they completely forgot about us, we were stuck at the airport til 1am, after waiting 90 minutes with tired Children. After calling the helpline we managed to get to our resort. Should i use them in August.....Cheap is generally never best, maybe i look elsewhere.”

“On our transfer to the hotel from the airport transport was waiting for us but our other party waited a fair while before theirs arrived. There was a language barrier but non the less we arrived at the hotel. Because we was not travelling back to the airport from the same hotel this did cause confusion and the bus went to the first hotel even though our paper work listed the hotel and address that we was at. But after contacting customer services this was rectified and the bus did arrive 20 mins later with an annoyed driver. This is the first time i have used suntransfers.com and if needed would use them again. The people i did speak to where very helpful”

“On arrival in Canaries My husband & I had booked a private transfer taxi to our accomodation Corralejo but we were taken in a 72 seater coach that dropped us off 2 streets away. Driver helpful and journey comfortable but not I am sure cost effective! I had to ring 2 days prior to leaving re what we were being picked up in as coach would have been unable to access our street. Communication could have been better”

“Prompt arrivals at both airport and resort.Thought we booked a car for 2 but minibus on both journeys.Vehicles old but served purpose and unlike the local taxis the drivers went direct route from Tenerife south airport to Los Christianos.We are sick of being ripped off by taxis in Tenerife on the airport run who charge way above the fare shown on meter.Overall better value than local taxi.”

“We were charged by the taxi driver for the motorway toll on our journey from the airport to Sitges, otherwise the alternate route not the motorway would take over an hour. Our return journey from Sitges to the airport was booked as a private taxi but we ended up sharing a mini bus with four other people,this was not what we pain for.”

“Having paid in advance was a bit apprehensive but turned out to be brilliant good value service. Pick up from Rome airport and hotel on return was easy. Both drivers bang on time, corteous and cars were nice. Overall very impressed will definitely use Suntransfers again.”

“We booked a private taxi this time payed the extra for a luxury and got a mini bus . This is twice this as happened to us from Alicante rest of bookings been excellent from other airports not happy from alicante return ok”

“very good service, highly recommended. Only slight problem was the block number of the apartment wasn't on the drivers details to pick us up on way home. Yet it was on all info we had. Good job we were waiting outside for him.”

“Experience was very good and it worked exactly as agreed. Drivers were helpful with the luggage and saw extra effort to make sure that we were in right location. Drivers english language skils were just barely adequate so there was slight concern if something goes wrong how to explain it to the drivers.”

“Tired when we arrived in Dalaman Turkey but found our taxi. The driver didn't speak English but someone was holding up a sheet of paper with my first name spelt wrongly but the second one correctly! The taxi was clean & comfortable & the driver drove carefully. The return taxi arrived early & again, clean comfortable & well driven. The only fault was the lack of booster seats for the children in the party.”
