We booked a 10am pick up from Barcelona cruise terminal, when the driver hadn't arrived by 10.10am I called the number, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful, saying she would find where the driver was and call me back. Then the driver turned up apologising for being late as the traffic was very bad, which it was. When I checked my phone the lady had called back and left a message saying exactly that. Would definitely use them again, it was a normal barcelona taxi but cheap and much better than waiting in line for a taxi (the queue was huge as there were two massive ship disembarking).
