“We have used Suntransfers in Malta every time we visit. The transport always arrives on time and the drivers are always very friendly and curtious. We would highly recommend them and would not use anyone else”

“Did not pick up at specified time in Dubai. Transfer ordered for 10.30am but cab arrived before allocated time and then left us stranded in Dubai airport. On return pick-up from CruisePort the cab was late! The company would not compensate for their error. Do not use this company!”

“.Unfortunately, we booked and changed the pickup, we emailed and called the day before and they still managed to get it wrong. To make matters worse they were 15 minutes away and refused to come and pick us up, we have a 2-year-old and we had booked car seat for her. the fact we had a small child made no difference to them. I must have asked nearly a dozen times if they would still be picking us up, they just kept telling me it was my fault - which it clearly was not. I have given them several opportunities to reimburse our additional costs/refund us which they have refused I could and would never trust this company, I would rather pay a little more for a reliable company and if you have children and need child seats then this is probably an important consideration for you. Had they have come back for us I would not even post this, mistakes do happen, it is how you deal with them that makes the difference leaving people stranded with a small child is inappropriate in my view.”

“So yes again- we have received taxi, driver was helpful and nice. He was right on time in both times, when it was round trip. What was NOT according to our expectation was a car. Specifically a class of the car. We chose Premium Taxi car- just copy from your web page I quote " Typically newer model Mercedes or Audi taxis offering extra comfort and refinement"- and what we got? we received a private minivan class car. Which is more expensive, comparing the price but definitely not a same class as a car what we have ordered. If so, it should be premium minivan, but still - for two persons? And not fitting our expectations. Your web page sais " TREAT YOURSELF"- OK, we would like to. But question is, in this particular case, how a company did treat customers.”
