On our transfer to the hotel from the airport transport was waiting for us but our other party waited a fair while before theirs arrived. There was a language barrier but non the less we arrived at the hotel. Because we was not travelling back to the airport from the same hotel this did cause confusion and the bus went to the first hotel even though our paper work listed the hotel and address that we was at. But after contacting customer services this was rectified and the bus did arrive 20 mins later with an annoyed driver. This is the first time i have used suntransfers.com and if needed would use them again. The people i did speak to where very helpful
