My pax, Mr. Mrs. Calvin Wong, arrived Zurich on 23 July, and were supposed to be taken
directly to their hotel. However, driver dropped them one bloc k away, and insisted
they get out and walk, with their luggage to hotel. He couldn't speak English, and so
they didn't know why he was making them get out.
