Our driver wasn't at the airport on arrival, he appeared eventually after I'd phoned the company, the car wasn't very clean (compared to others companies I've used), there wasn't an apology from the driver, just speed off with us in the car, before we could put our seatbelts on.
On our departure, we were kept waiting in the freezing cold snow outside our apartment, I had to phone again to see what the delay was, only to be told they'd made an error and the car would be there in about 20-30 minutes, which wasn't very helpful, we managed to get a taxi locally. I was told to get a receipt from the taxi driver.... why should I ask for a receipt, when we'd already paid up front for a service.
I've used several transfer companies and this by far is the worst, I've always praised the companies i've used and recommended them.. I've read lots of good reviews, maybe it was just my turn to have a complaint to make, which I rarely do, but this really frustrated me.
