“Hi, for the quality of product for the price I think they are unbeatable. My only issue is delivery, they turned up ay 6pm on day of delivery(O.K. I know thats at the end of the deliverywindow) with a driver that can not move the pallet on his own and then the problem becomes mine, this is the 4th lot of tiles I have ordered however the transport company do not seem geared up for the delivery.”

“ordered marble mosaic border tiles. quality good, all arrived intact, next day delivery. Postage rather expensive more than a £ a tile for a border tile!”

“Free samples provided, which enabled me to not only see the product, but also to do a test cutting on both types of stone before purchasing. Very easy ordering process through talking to Stone Deals over the phone. Delivery was prompt and no breakages, due to being very well packed on the pallet. Quality of the products are brilliant. All I need now is to get them on the walls and floor, but still a fair bit to do on the project before that can be done. Thank you.”

“Price for the tiles were reasonable, however price for delivery was very expensive, I wanted a Saturday delivery but had to choose next day then Saturday delivery even though Saturday was not the next day, this cost an extra £20 for next day (which I didn't need), plus £50 for Saturday so £70 extra in top of £96 for delivery already = £166 for delivery. I chose a PM delivery but got a number of calls from the lorry driver as he wanted to deliver AM so ended up getting them at 11am even though we didn't choose this as our option. One packet of tiles were cracked and I reported this on the delivery note but no contact to see if I wanted another pack sending to replace it. Some of the tiles have huge holes filled with what looks like blue-tac so hoping we don't have to use those ones as we ordered extra. Overall though the tiles are beautiful and we are pleased with them.”

“Super helpful staff, beautiful tiles (Botticino polished and honed), quick delivery... we had a couple of minor chips to some of the tiles on arrival and the team were very helpful with this, and on top of this we ended up being just one tile short, and they have kindly arranged delivery of this for free. Fantastic service all round, well done Stone Deals, wish there were more companies like you!”

“The tiles I ordered are better than I imagined. Only downfall was the delivery was delayed for a while. Not through any fault of Stone Deals I understand. I spoke to Eleni and was communicated with all along. I ended up picking them up from the haulage company's warehouse as I could not wait for the delivery any longer. I have my next order in the process with you too.”
