“Service good. Product shabby after 1 wash the stitching has come apart on my cap, will sew up but not really acceptable on a £18 product”

“I really love this top but the design on the sleeves seems to have changed different to previous tops I have bought & so they roll up - u might be able to c this in the pic! (not sure if this is caused by the reflective detailing?)”

“C&C gloves I purchased gloves as they were described as deep winter gloves my hands were freezing on a 3 mile ride the day before I had rode 20 miles in some gloves from Aldi I did complain about them but was told I needed silk under gloves I’m not someone who feels the cold usually I ride all year round and ride a motorcycle so I’m used to the cold I also purchased a winter cap that’s very comfortable and warm”

Hi Andrew Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review although we're disappointed you didn't get back to us because we did offer to do our best to help if you felt the C&C gloves weren't going to be of any use to you. These are one of our most popular items and we have many 5 star reviews on the website with lots of customers saying they're the best winter gloves they've ever had. Depending on how much you feel the cold, in current temps (which have been exceptionally low and below our UK average) we suggested you might benefit from wearing silk liners underneath them. We do hope in slightly warmer temps, you'll find them incredibly useful and comfortable but our offer still stands: if you really don't feel they are going to be of any use to you, please get back to us and we'll do our best to help. “This is the first time I've ever spent £40 on a pair of gloves. I really hoped that they would keep my fingers warm on the coldest of days. Sadly not.”

“Overall the service was good however I did find the postage and packaging charge expensive. My husband reported that the gloves I bought him were not warm enough to use for winter despite them being purchased as your winter gloves and I have had to get him another pair. The gloves from you are still very nice and will be used later in the year.”

“Delivery was a nightmare. It was to be delivered to my mums. They said they rang the bell but no answer- my mum was in. So i rearranged delivery to a named outlet. When I didn't hear from them that it had been delivered, I went along anyway only to be told they weren't yet set up to receive parcels so had turned it away. In the end I had to drive on the morning i wa sleazing for holiday, across the city to receive parcel from delivery depot.”

“Sizing is not standard in my experience. Ordered a limited edition shirt in large and it was very tight and not usable. I am large in all UK companies usually, only Italian companies I normally need to go a size up. Stolen Goat gave me a credit note, which isn't as good as a refund which I would have preferred. I couldn't exchange the shirt as it was a limited edition. Shame as it was a really lovely shirt.”

“Climb and conquer. Product states waterproof fabric and she's beading water drops on the fabric Slightly questionable claim. Sizes are VERY small. I bought a large I am 5'10". Sleeve length is ok but I have an average build so couldn't even imagine this fitting anyone that needs to breathe. Also claims to be warm. There is no way a long sleeve baselayer works as the sleeves ride up your arms. I'll keep it for dry and mild days and take a waterproof for wet ones and wear something else when it's cold. I knew it sounded too good to be true.”

“I typically run cold hands-wise, but these gloves have proved pretty good at keeping my fingers warm at temperatures down to about 2°C, including wind chill. However, I've found if my hands are already cold before putting them on, they won't warm up for a while, even when riding hard. The dexterity is OK, enabling you to shift and operate your bike computer and light on/off buttons reasonably well, albeit a bit clumsily. A good feature is the long, stretchy cuffs fit under or over your jersey/jacket combo to seal out the weather.”

“Bought Climb And Conquer Jacket size medium which I definetly my size. Quality of garment is great and certainly keeps out the cold however quite disappointed with the fit. It's very very flappy at the front. Not a nice tight fit at all. Very far from it actually and I dont belive size is the issue.its just how it is For the record customer service was great. Not sure off i will but again as looking for aero type athletic fit gear and maybe stolen goat dont cater for that”

“I like the clothes. Service is great. But last shorts I bought they have changed the sizing slightly from the last pit I bought. Now need to grow into them which is not the ideal way to purchase my cycling clothing”

“Nice clothing, however the fit of a jersey was strange - v tight on neck shoulders and under arms but fine elsewhere. I'm not broad so wondered if product fault. My only other niggle which is understandable for some small companies is having to pay for returns, given fit issues doesn't inspire confidence to buy again.”

“I have purchased cycling specific clothing from Stolen Goat and they have been of amazing quality. They are lasting well through multiple use/wash cycles. I recently purchased a (simple) cotton t-shirt and after a single wash the collar has become wavey as seen on other t-shirts after 1+ years of use/wash cycles. While I realize it's a 'simple t-shirt' but it bares the Stolen Goat name/logo (large on the chest) and is also a representation of the company. I recommend finding a better cotton t-shirt supplier to better reflect the quality standards you have with your cycling clothing.”
