“Order arrived with no tags on and looked as though it had been previously worn. Feels like I was sent a returned item.”

“The cycling gloves were supposed to be really warm, but were worse than wearing normal gloves unfortunately. Very disappointing.”

“Quick delivery of the gloves, which was good. However, they were not waterproof, which was disappointing. I wore them for the first time on Boxing Day, which was a rainy, but relatively mild day. My hands became wet and cold quite quickly. I shall be returning them. Disappointed, as some of the other reviews were very good and I expected them to be amazing. Have just look at returns and I am expected to pay to return them. Appalling. Why should I pay to return a substandard product? My first and last purchase from Stolen Goat for sure.”

“Delivery took around 2 months - considering the cost of your clothes is very high , it's a bit unreasonable , after paying a high price for an item, to have to wait at least 2 months for delivery!”

Hi Oonagh We can see you ordered a custom club kit jersey via your club's page. These are made to order with a delivery lead time of 8-10 weeks. “After waiting more than 10 weeks to receive my jersey, it was NOT what I had expected or hoped for. Your size chart said I should get a men’s Medium or Large… I weight 178 and I’m 6 ft tall. A classic medium with a 32 inch waist. What I received wouldn’t even fit a Woman’s Medium. Maybe a child… but definitely NOT a man. Very Dissatisfied.”

“Not impressed with the quality of the latest top from you not as good as some of the older ones I have and also the waterproof pocket that hangs inside by a coard like a colostomy bag why? No other company does this they are incorporated into the other pockets, almost as bad but not quite as bad as the gloves I bought, not sure I want to purchase from you again”

“I placed an order for a winter jacket and long tights in January but they did not arrive until April. I understand that may take time to make to order. If the estimated time for delivery was available at time of order this would have been up front and I could have decided with this knowledge to continue the order or shop elsewhere. As it is I will not be wearing the jacket or tights until next winter.”

The Mango winter Epic jackets were available to pre-order with an approx 10 week delivery lead time. Unfortunately there was a slight manufacturing delay which meant your delivery was extended by an extra 3 weeks - we're really sorry about this. “Unfortunately the size was wrong. The woman’s sizing chart seems very inaccurate. The XL suggests it would be suitable for a size 14. I doubt it would fit a size 10”

Our sizing charts are the best guide for the vast majority of customers although we all have our own preference of fit. “I’ve had jerseys and gloves from you that were great, these shorts were terrible. I’m unsure if they were deformed or stretched but a strange fit. Put me off having to pay returns when unsure of size.”

We're sorry that you asked us to cancel the order as you said you hadn't realised that the lead time for your made-to-order (back order) jersey would be up to 10 weeks. We're sorry that you hadn't noticed the note on our website explaining this when you originally placed your order.
