“The climb & conquer gloves are warm and pretty good while riding in cold weather. Would have given four stars only if they were touchscreen compatible. They do not seem to work on my iPhone XS screen!”

“I love the jerseys I have purchased in the past. But I find it really hard to review something I ordered over two weeks ago that still isn't here. Best way to improve the review is to wait another two weeks before asking for my thoughts. Otherwise... it's great and I love it (soon).”

“While the product was top quality, your method of shipment was horrible. The address that was put on the shipping label was missing A LOT of information, all of which had been given to you. As a result, the package was held at the main Saudi Post Office and not delivered to my residence. This post office is almost 45 minutes drive from my house after which the Post office had a very tough time trying to locate it. I’m sorry but not impressed at all and would not recommend to others here in Riyadh.”

Thank you for your feedback although we're sorry that shipping seems to be causing you some difficulties. For what it is worth, we haven't specifically chosen GLS as our courier. In fact, our free international shipping option uses standard postal service in the UK (Royal Mail) but It does seem to be the case that the quality of the delivery partner handling local delivery varies from country to country. We do offer an alternative express option via DHL but sadly we cannot quite stretch to offering that for free at the moment. In any case, we are delighted that you love the kit! “The tri top is very good fit and quality however the website ordering process seemed highly convoluted. I had to make several attempts before I ordered successfully.”

“Bought two shirts in xl cos so got the impression that they were race cut. But a large would have been better, the front is too long so bunches up, the rear pockets are not deep enough, and a little loose, and stitching is coming apart after one wash. Also the waterproof pocket is too small for my phone. Nice colours and comfy arms though.”
