Slightly questionable claim. Sizes are VERY small. I bought a large I am 5'10". Sleeve length is ok but I have an average build so couldn't even imagine this fitting anyone that needs to breathe. Also claims to be warm. There is no way a long sleeve baselayer works as the sleeves ride up your arms. I'll keep it for dry and mild days and take a waterproof for wet ones and wear something else when it's cold. I knew it sounded too good to be true.
