“kit i ordered seems to be of very good quality looks great”

“Ordering was smooth, delivery faster than promised but two XLs from two different product lines were very different in size (and hence one star less). Customer service was much better than expected (excellent) and the product return process was fast and seamless. I am wondering why a company that can excel in difficult processes where others fail makes such a misstep with basics (i.e. confusing sizing)...”

“I would definitely give you a 5 star review for your products and the amazing help that Alison has provided in trying to get the products to me. BUT, your shipping partners have taken away a star since I haven't received the order you are asking me to review. Alison has been wonderful and we'll get this sorted eventually. It seems to have made it to the US, but the handover to FedEx doesn't seem to have happened.”
