Sizing is completely wrong, my 'medium' was more like 'extra small'. No sign of the return being acknowledged either.

I paid extra for extra fast delivery but the order was not delivered according to the delivery date I had paid for. It is not the first time I buy something from SG but this time the product was not great. Looks like you are now designing for the very skinny triathletes and no longer for the less sexy MAMILs.

I bought a pair of cycling gloves that were advertised as ideal for cold weather. I wore them mainly in temperatures between +2 and+8. They cost £40.00. They did not keep my hands and fingers warm at all. In fact they are no better than the cheap pair I bought from Aldi 5 years ago. I would have returned them but I slightly damaged one of the finger ends.

Purchase the Conquer and Climb Winter Gloves after reading the excellent reviews. Put them away for Christmas Presents (husband and I both had a pair). Have worn them twice and they don't keep our hands warm. I notice that the reviews are listed oldest first, having scrolled to the end and read more recent reviews they aren't so good so perhaps the material has been changed. Very disappointed, these weren't cheap! My husband has some old tatty woolly gloves which he says are much better.

Hi, sadly the recent jacket I purchased doesn't fit well. Not sure what has happened with the cut as I had a Oakan winter jacket about 4 years ago that was fine. I intially tried the XL which was too tight and then the XXL is too baggy and the back pockets are too high up the back. I have now worn the jacket, once, so can't send back. It's a shame.

The jersey appears to be well made. But I’ve only worn it once. The reason is that the sizing is very - and I mean very - small. I wear a size medium bike jersey with Primal and other brands. Got a size large long sleeve from stolen goat. It is so small that I can hardly get it on. Strangely, the sleeves are very long though. If I’d had a chance to try one on before I ordered it I would have, but that wasn’t possible. So I have wasted over $100 for essentially a decoration in my closet. Not good.

Ordered two items. One was correct. The other was a woman’s short sleeve jersey in xs… I received a man’s long sleeve jersey in small in a different print, every single aspect was wrong! As a ‘gesture’ I was credited £5 to my account. So I have to re order to benefit! That amounted to £1.50 by the time I paid to send the incorrect item back! Not impressed.

We were really sorry to hear about the picking error and sent you our sincere apologies. Despite our very best efforts, we are only human and occasionally an error does happen - obviously an error such as this costs us money both in terms of admin and postage, so we'd like to reassure you we do our very best to pick and pack the correct items with each order. We'd like to say once again we're very sorry we made a mistake with your order. We did offer to send you an XS Zoot Fade jersey and also suggested other options and advised you on sizing but you then informed us you needed to return the XS Delta White jersey as that was too short for you. Therefore you were incurring a return cost anyway, so we assumed that enclosing the jersey that was sent in error would save an unnecessary second parcel being sent. As we then refunded you the total amount you had paid us, we weren't able to refund any more, which is why we created a £5 voucher for you by way of apology for the picking error. We're sorry this gesture didn't meet with your approval. Please be aware the voucher isn't linked to your email address so you're very welcome to gift it to someone else who may like to use it - we hope it may be of some help to know that and sincere apologies once again. I purchased a ladies Vons swimsuit as a gift having found SG cycling garments first class in quality and design. The size Medium swimsuit was much too small for a slim size 12 lady who is a size Medium/size 12 in other brands. I returned the garment to SG paying for print return labels and return postage and was advised by SG I would be reimbursed for my postage if I reordered a new size. I ordered the size: large which is also too tight, digging in on the shoulders and upper back meaning my Mum has no wearable swimsuit :(

Since you asked. Disappointingly, the Epic jersey is subject to a quality complaint. After wearing it once I noticed that the front right seam joining the yoke to the front panel has lost its colour and shows white. The same can be seen on the left side on the rear of the jersey. I expected better quality given the price and await a resolution.

We had to wait an age for our delivery. When our order was over two months old we chased to establish the problem and find out when we could expect our goods, but we received no response.

One item was cancelled by SG before I received it, one items was too small (despite following measurement guidelines and being a 10/12 normally it's a bit much when the LARGE is too small) and cost me over £7 to return. The 3rd item fitted (in a medium) and is very nice but I'm put off ordering again because of the incorrect size information and the hassle/cost of returns.
