BE WARNED-if you buy a replacement car with 'breakdown' included [eg. a new car] during your period of cover with 'Start' they will not suspend their cover [until the included one expires for instance] or offer any refund. You are stuck with duplicate cover!

Twice tried to pay online but unsuccessful. Phoned and thought I had purchased a policy. Received emails to this effect. Next day received phone call asking me to start again. I will let you know after 6pm! How much more of my time wiil be wasted. 6pm no phone call!

I purchased this break down recovery insurance for my vehicle, Freelander N5 DFE, when I recived the confirmation email, although you took the payment for the annual breakdown cover, you also informed me that my vehicle couldn't be covered. I would like to enquire as to why you have still taken payment, without informing me that my vehicle wouldn't be covered. It said you could get covered straight away once purchased it said it started 24 hours later which was too late

i bought levela 2 cover last year i had already spoken to a user on the fone about what im covered for and they said i was covered for caravan in case of blow outs of trye malfunction ( i have since found out this is not the case at all )

after obtaining a quote on line through money supermarket I contacted your sales team via the phone to set up the insurance.I was going to look at the vehicle the next day and wanted to put the insurance in place to complete and pay for if I decided to purchase the vehicle.A price was obtained which was the same as the on line quote I was given a reference number and was told that all i needed to do was contact the sales team give them the ref no. and they would set the insurance life so I could drive the car home.Imagine my surprise when I was told that the quote had increased over night,no body could give a reason for this,I had no choice but to accept the new price as I was not in a position to get on line to find a better price.I feel that you took advantage of the fact that you new I would have no option.

Took out policy in good faith having just purchased a new car. Took the kids out that day on the way home I unfortunately needed roadside assistance. As stressful as that is being a woman stranded at the roadside with a newborn baby and toddler, I thought well at least I have breakdown cover. However when I called I was told that I was not covered (even though I had paid and set up a policy!) And they would not be able to assist me unless I paid an extra £117 on top of what had already been paid to take out the policy. Being a woman with a newborn baby and toddler, I felt I had no choice but to agree to pay the extra for them to come out. Rang customer service the next day to explain my case and how it is not made clear that the policy does not start 24 hours after you have actually taken out the policy, in fact the opposite it states very clearly that the policy begins at the date and time purchased and end at the same time 12months later! Only in very small print at the end of general terms and condition (looked at it last night) does it only mention this (very easily missed) needless to say I am very disappointed with their customer service and this company having asked several times to speak to a manager I was told they "were,all too busy to speak to me" and the best way to deal with this would be to make a formal complaint!!. However I would like to add that guy who came out to assist was excellent and I have no complaints over this service.

I wanted 1 year national break down (£18) . After paying my documents show that I had FOUR days recovery for this sum !!!! The website is defective. Never again. I had to phone and ask for a refund. I'm now with another company.

Poor only in the sense it describes poilcy wont be activated for use after 24 hours which is ok but when you your start date online you have to put more than 3 days from when you take out when is misleading if you have a problem after 24 hours prob means your policy is not valid

I didn't in the end travel abroad and due to it being a weekend I was unable to cancel and thus get a refund. Unhappy and will be using an alternative next time I travel

Used for the first time after breaking down. Waited 3 hours on a freezing evening with my two girls aged 5 and 8 in the car. Stuck in fast lane on busy A road!!! Not Happy, will complain to their customer servive dept.lets see where they fair on this score, as for a breakdown service will pay extra and stick with RAC or the AA in future, period.

Backed out of this policy during initial phone call but money still taken from bank 2 days later..to make matters worse a policy was e mailed with someone else's name, address, phone number and e mail address as well as make , model and registration number of their vehicle, a perfect example of how identity theft can occur easily, plus what happened to data protection. I expect a refund of all money without delay.. Not happy and have bought breakdown cover with other provider
