I was informed that the details of my membership/ policy would be sent to me by email but nothing has come through yet other than this survey. My email address is ok so I assume it is an IT problem

I was locked out of my account and when asked told that the I had blocked all Emails from you as an unsafe sender. This was not true and it is a mystery how this email reached me! If this is the case and it has meant that I have lost my customers discount.

After receiving a renewal reminder email a full 2 months before my membership expired, I decided to go ahead and renew via the link in the email. I went through the payment process, hit and relaxed thinking nothing more of it. It was explained in the website that my payment would be taken two days before the expiration date. Two months later and to my annoyance, my membership expired. The payment I'd thought I made was unsuccessful. Unable to access my account I requested a "callback" to my Home phone number. One day later and you phoned back on my mobile number. It was more luck than judgement I answered it as i assumed it was a nuisance call.

I have not found a web browser to display your customer lounge web site properly. have tried chrome, firefox and IE, IE seemed to be almost there, but when i went to download my policy it has a red padlock and message saying call us! if there is a problem you have my email address and telephone number!!! I should not need to be calling you!

Seemingly Good Product BUT............. I received the documentation yesterday afternoon (02-01-2018). The quality of your written documentation is extremely poor when the ".pdf" files were downloaded into MS Word via "Word 2016". I have as yet not had the time to review this documentation via an ADOBE "pdf" reader but the MS WORD download translation displays a huge amount of mistaken use of mixed up upper and lower case English writing, spelling errors and "column layout" . Perhaps it might be useful to all users if this could be investigated by your administration staff.

Your app won't download to a Windows 10 phone. Phone assistants not able to help. IT person to pone after Bank Hol. Deciding factor to buy was the app.

You sent me a renewal quote (including a loyalty discount) for the exact same policy that was far more expensive than the new quote I got from your website, I only renewed my policy because it was the best quote (and much cheaper than your renewal quote) I found for what I needed, but I will not renew my policy with your company next year, you are not trustworthy.

Renewed my car breakdown cover on the telephone, even though it was due for auto-renewal, as needed to give new credit card details. Even though I was told all was well and that the cover had been renewed I was not confident as the operator didn't seem to fully know what they were doing. Sure enough, received an email and text a few days later to say that the auto-renewal had failed. Had to ring up and give all the same details and go through all the questions again. Not impressed!

After buying I found out that it did not include roadside repairs (unless paid for). This was not what I expected and I shall not be renewing.

I still haven't had the emails through from start. I sent an email saying so, then rang up and was told they would send them through. The only email I've had is this one which proves I have given the correct email, k.porteus@outlook.com The ones requested this morning have not arrived, checked junk folders, nothing.
