You sent me a renewal quote (including a loyalty discount) for the exact same policy that was far more expensive than the new quote I got from your website, I only renewed my policy because it was the best quote (and much cheaper than your renewal quote) I found for what I needed, but I will not renew my policy with your company next year, you are not trustworthy.

Renewed my car breakdown cover on the telephone, even though it was due for auto-renewal, as needed to give new credit card details. Even though I was told all was well and that the cover had been renewed I was not confident as the operator didn't seem to fully know what they were doing. Sure enough, received an email and text a few days later to say that the auto-renewal had failed. Had to ring up and give all the same details and go through all the questions again. Not impressed!

Unable to log onto account, will not accept post code, although correct. Unable to access policy. Have spoken on telephone, was promised pdf download on Saturday, has not arrived yet

After buying I found out that it did not include roadside repairs (unless paid for). This was not what I expected and I shall not be renewing.

I still haven't had the emails through from start. I sent an email saying so, then rang up and was told they would send them through. The only email I've had is this one which proves I have given the correct email, k.porteus@outlook.com The ones requested this morning have not arrived, checked junk folders, nothing.

I signed up for road recovery yesterday , i have still nit recieved my conformation email and when i callef customer care the girl was very unprofessional .

So far I have received no indication that my cover exists apart from my making a successful payment and receiving your questionnaire. Please tell me if I will receive confirmation of cover either by post or email. Will I get instruction on what to do if I require your services? Otherwise the cover you offer is competively priced and you have good customer satisfaction which is why I chose Startrescue.

I found the software and mobile app was not easy to navigate. Also the 'STAR' system you use for policy details/terms and conditions was not very clear. I purchased the basic priced package and not too sure exactly what is covered. for instance i had to phone your customer services to ensure it was the car that was covered and not just the policy holder.

you sent me a renewal, stating that you were giving me a loyalty discount, but it was cheaper to start a new policy. Misrepresentation even if not proveable as a fraud. One of the worst examples of companies shooting themselves in the foot, in search of even greater profits. No wonder this country is in such a dire state.

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the renewal quote provided. We have since investigated this matter and from our records it appears the vehicles differ from policy to policy, as such different quotes would have been provided for the renewal and for your new policy. With this in mind it may have been the vehicle was not changed over on the original policy, if a new vehicle was purchased. As such the renewal quote provided was for the original vehicle cover was purchased for. We have recently attempted to contact you to discuss this further, however, understand you were unable to speak at the time we will as requested reschedule for Monday as discussed.
